Blinky Bill
Does anyone remember the cartoon called Blinky Bill. It was about the koala in the greenpatch land in australia. IT was actually a dub, but it didn't come from Japan but from Australia.

The Blinky Bill show was produced by the Australian studio Yoram Gross Films and is definitely not a dub unless they've stopped speaking English in Australia.

Maybe you're confusing it with Adventures of the Little Koala, which Nick Jr. showed back in the day?

Those are two separate shows. Little Koala was an anime show from Saban Ent.

They used to show Blinky Bill at 8 oc clock Am on CNUK, I remember the annoying start song.

I remember the annoying ending theme.
And they always ending the show by saying: Extraordinary!
