Besides what SSJPabs linked to, I did a quick google search, but I didn't come up with much.

I think someone around here (Jeff Harris maybe?) was working on a fanfic at one time a few years ago, but I don't know if the person ever finished it.

While not truly a fanfic, if you haven't seen the Endgame comic at the official Toonami site I would recommend checking that out.
