Both are in the same continuity, for all intents and purposes. Both were done largely by the same people. One actually battled the other on one occassion. The Dark Knight of the future or the Man of Steel?

Yup. STAS had some truely remarkable episodes: Legacy, Apokolips...Now!, Brave New Metropolis, Last Son of Krypton, etc. BB also had great episodes such as Meltdown, Rebirth, Ascension, etc., but I am going to go with STAS.

Great episodes with Superman and they stayed away from the revealing identity to Lois thing from what I can remember..
