when the credits end in cyborg 009 how come 008 just say's mario?

The person who does the voice could possibly not want to be known, or he just goes under the alias Mario is my guess.

It's probably some sort of alias. Although the voice of 008 does sound familiar, I'm just not sure where I've heard it before. I think it was on some live action kids show, maybe for Nickelodeon or something like that.
