Am I the only one:
-who would like to see Kenshin on AS
-who listens to anime music
-who would like to see Full Metal Panic on CN
-who would like to see Grappler Baki on CN (great mindless fighting, remenessing of DBZ)
-who would rather watch movies(anime) on after toonami than Cartoon Cartoons.( I'm thinking Knocking on Heavens Door)
-who hasn't watched "Love Hina"
-
- I wouldn't mind seeing Kenshin on AS. But it's more of a teen show (like Inuyasha)
- I listen to anime music, in fact it's practically all I listen to
- I haven't seen Full Metal Panic, but seeing as it's ADV I doubt it'll ever get a full run CN.
- Haven't Seen Grappler Baki either, but I don't think the 2 TV series have even been licensed yet.
- I'd rather the movies air in their respective blocks.
- I haven't seen Love Hina and don't ever plan too.
And I don't think this is the right forum.
-
- Very good series w/ some mature themes, but Toonami was the right choice. Perhaps if ADV and CN can reach another agreement, and we'll see the RK OVA's on AS in the not too distant future.
- I listen to some anime music. Mostly classic rock though.
- I've heard a bit about it, but I'd have to see it.
- I've heard nothing about it, but the DBZ comparison doesn't make me the least bit curious.
- I don't care for Cartoon Cartoons much either, but contrary to popular belief, CN isn't The Anime Network or any incarnation of an all-anime network.
- I actually haven't watched Love Hina, but I've been thinking about picking up the manga sometime.
And I don't think this is the right forum.
Bingo... Move to the Anime Forum.

-I would like to see RK on AS, but like the rest have said, its a better fit for Toonami.
-I listen to anime music ocassionally.
-It would be nice to see Full Metal Panic on CN.
-I haven't heard of Grappler Baki.
-That would be cool but really this is CARTOON Network, if they wanted to air anime movies they would do so during Toonami or AS.
-I've watched all of Love Hina, including the OVA and the specials. Its a good romantic/comedy series but the Magna is way better.
-
- Kenshin on AS has always been a good option, but I'm happy with the Toonami version and there are uncut boxsets. They let alot of things slip by so I have no complaints.
- Yessir my personal favorite is the Love Hina theme song
- Never seen it but I hear it's good. Maybe on AS
- I saw that on The Action Channel and thought it was awsome. Not quite like DBZ, but certainly wacky enough to warrent being on CN. Wether or not it ever will... I'm seriouly doubting that
- Sure but CN will NEVER do that Cartoon Cartoons are too important to them
- Not me... Love Hina is one of my favorite animes!

-Kenshin really dosen't fit Adult Swim, espically since it has now become more mature and adult then before. It airs with only a few cuts on Toonami, so I say leave it there
- some anime music Listen do I
- I heard about that. Not sure exactly what it is though.
-Ditto, minus the heard about that part.
-What anime movies would exactly fit Cartoon Network Primetime (that they could actually get)? Not enough to fill an entire programming block, at least not a very long running one.
-I haven't watched Love Hina.

Love Hina you have not watched? I think you're crazy, that I do.
Anime movies CN could air... hmm good question. There are always the DBZ movies, Sailor Moon movies, Dragonball movies, Gundam Wing Endless Waltz, etc. They could air the Tenchi movies edited. Ah My Goddess the Movie (for no real reason, but it was entertaining and would really need editing), Chars Counter-Attack (I here the AS verison barely had anything objectionable - it would have just bored the kiddies). There are Yu Yu Hakusho movies as well... they could certainly get the one from Media Blasters if they tried. It would be awsome if they could get some Ghibli films but most of them are rapped up with Disney ties so that probably would never happen... Princess Monoke on CN... That would be t3h sw33tn3ss yo (sorry urge to talk in silly internet languages too strong for a moment). They could probably get Metropolis actually. That could be good.
I think you are aiming more towards uncut action/adventure anime movies (like CB as you mentioned). The only way those will ever air is if they were durring Adult Swim. I could see them airing "Knocking on Heaven's Door", a bunch of the Lupin the 3rd movies, and maybe some classics and/or well knowns like Akira and GitS. Chances are that will never happen though. Keep dreaming... maybe someday it'll happen. I'm still waiting for TMNT (of some kind) on CN.

The only reason I said that I wanted to see Kenshin on As, was to see all the blood, I really don't like that after a fight no one is bleeding no matter how many times they are pounded in the face. I wish it was like that in real life, that way I would have saved myself alot of money on shirts. When it does air on SV...ER whatever that is called will it have less edits.

I doubt it. SVES is a mainly TV-Y7 block, so it'll be edited the same as if it were on Toonami.

-who would like to see Kenshin on AS: wouldnt mind it but its alright on toonami
-who listens to anime music: I listen to alot of anime music
-who would like to see Full Metal Panic on CN: HAvent seen it
-who would like to see Grappler Baki on CN: Havent seen it
-who would rather watch movies(anime) on after toonami than Cartoon Cartoons.( I'm thinking Knocking on Heavens Door): Would love to
-who hasn't watched "Love Hina": Havent seen it either

There is a rumor thought that shows made SPECIFICALLY for SVES may be given a middleground treatment (aka a light TV-PG rating) allowing them to get away with minor language and some more violence then usual, but nothing that would be really considered "adult". This is just a rumor, BTW, one that may be wrong. And if it is, I suspect it would take at most an hour for me to be proven wrong.

If you into to Kenshin because of the violence then you my friend need to watch the OVA's.
Anyway I think the Toonami version of Kenshin is fine. I've seen 8 episodes of uncut and I can honestly say I didn't expect them to leave as much as they did. They did edit out blood, but compared to the actual fight scenes and the involving story it's nothing special. What's so great about seeing blood? You could always poke yourself with something sharp and see blood. (doubtfully to the calibur of some anime blood spills though...)

Then watch them again!
You could go buy box sets of the uncut Kenshin DVD's as well.

...
-No. Not really. It's fine on Toonami.
-I enjoy the occational Bebop and/or FLCL song. Other than that, no.
-Uh. Sure.
-Oh. Why not.
-This is where I insult you. While I would love to watch bloody movies after Toonami, it can't happen. Why? Beacuse CN is a kids network. I know this is hard for otaku monkies to accept, but it is. They can't show completely uncut anime at 7 at night. Beacuse kids are watching.
ALSO. CN has to deal with many fans and their tastes. You can't have anime on all the time. Why? Not everyone likes anime. Why? Beaucse, and this may be hard to accept, diffrent people have diffrent tastes. Some people like anime, some people like Cartoon Cartoons, some people like old cartoons, and some people people like superhero cartoons. In addition, Some people dislike anime, some people dislike Cartoon Cartoons, some people dislike old cartoons, and some people people dislike superhero cartoons. In other words, Cartoon Network can't please all of the peoples all of the times.
-...no. I haven't.
If you get put in solitary, it ****ing sucks. I was put in there just because they had me in double-lock maximum security, and it's the most tedious ****ing thing. I can't think of anything more boring. There's a Japanimation cartoon I've been trying to watch on Cartoon Network called Witch Hunter Robin, and that's almost as boring.

You want this to turn into a fire-spitting contest? Because I can spit fire! I'll roast you until you are a dark brown. HHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHAAAAA!
A Note: Three other people want this thread moved also, so HAHA! You must be blind. You know, if you didn't sit at the computer without lights on, you would be able to see the other two [RedTail and neocrisis550] who said it before me.[crowd:oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh, roasted!] And thanks for backing me up, Kaiser0120.
