FUNi always intended for the second YYH season to be #22-60. That encompasses the entire Dark Tournament arc.
Then there are two arcs left.. which I imagine FUNi will spread across two seasons.

This is great news with The Premeries of The final 15 episodes of DBZ, Kenshin,and Episodes 22-60 of Yu Yu Hakusho. It kinda sad they going end YYH Season 2 at a Cliffhanger point since The Dark Touranment storyline won't end until episode 66.

It's possible that it's going to 66, but the original episode order back when YYH was on Adult Swim was #22-60.. at one point they were saying 65, but then changed back to 60.. I'm not sure what it is now. It may be 66 at this point.. they're probably well ahead in the dubbing so the next season will probably be ready by the fall.

Besides, if they were to combine episodes 29 & 30, you'd be cutting out a good deal of material from episode 30 that wouldn't need to be cut out. I don't think they'll combine them.

No. CN accidentally typoed in their schedule and listed "Dark Tournament Begins" twice by mistake, so "Flower of Blood" didn't show up on the grids.
But it will air. I was just going off the grids though.

I can't wait for more YYH and to finally see Kenshin. I hope I will have figured out how to use my recorder by that time. We just got satalite (I didn't have cable for a whole four months after I moved and missed LOTS of CN), but unfortunately it does not record like it use to.
I have really missed a lot of episodes of DBZ... I hope I will be able to get back into the series.

The Japanese don't really have the concept of seasons, a show will run for however long it does, changing themes occasionally and end. If a 'second season' would be made, it's viewed as actually being a sequel series, not a second season.
