Hey reader, this is probably my last post before Christmas (got plans with the family starting tomorrow afternoon), and I'm just here to say, well, have a happy holidays, have a little fun, and come the weekend, we'll end 2002 with a bang (I would have had the Toonami Year in Review article done earlier, but one particular category [Villian of the Year] has me stumped).

See ya then, and have a happy!

    Later.

    ...

    Merry Christmas Jeff.

    Best villain?

Uhh... I dunno... that IS a hard one.

Majin Buu turned good after mercilessly killing millions (Yes, the Earth of DBZ has millions of people).

Major Uluube wasn't revealed to be the big baddie until the last episodes, and Kyoji never really was the real bad guy.

Hamtaro could have been the villain of Toonami, along with the K-Beast.

    Zoids:CC... I haven't really followed much.

Megatron and Skeletor aren't the smartest....

Master Asia, I'd have to say.

His was the best death sequence I've ever seen on Toonami.

Not to mention his miles of melodramatic anguish and turmoil he went through in trying to make a better world.

Still... I can see how this would be a tough choice.

JC...I'm disappointed. In your list of the things about Master Asia that make him great, you forgot to list SUPER ASIA...

    How could I forget!

Yeah, I'd say even tho the pickings this year weren't obvious as to who the top Villian was, Master Asian definately wins.

I any villian with the gaul to stop and proclaim himself, "SUPER!!!" it's pretty unforgetable.

Villian of the year would probaly stay as Majin Buu, but there's always COBRA.

I think you're confusing antagonist with villain here JC. See, even though Master Asia's actions can be considered villainous, once you know the whole story, his goal turns out to be that of a hero, likewise with Kyoji.

    I'm stuck between
Wong- pocky eating wearer of shades
Ulube- stoped 4 special attacks with his abs!
    Magin(super)Buu- Human Genocide Attack!

I'd like to include Kid Buu but anyone watching CN won't see his deeds till next season.
He'd be a shoe in for best villian.

    Yeah, yeah..... whatever.

Master Asia is still the year's best villian.

    Re: Omnia mutantur, nihil interrit

Marry Christmas Jeff and have a happy New Year !

Hopefully, you will find the right villian to be Toonami's "Villian Of The Year ". It could be an outside entity or a particular villian from a certain series.

Zoids wasn't finished on Toonami, but it did have one run...
    Raven is pure greatness...
I'd say Master Asia in 2nd...
Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven.
He was robed in a cloud with a rainbow above his head:
his face was like the sun, his legs like firey pillars.
He was holding a scroll, which lay open in his hand.
He planted his right foot on the sea, and his left foot on the land.
And he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion.
When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke.

So does Buu. And hey, maybe Master Asia's a cannibal too. He's certainly pretty weird.

Anyway, folks, have a merry christmas, a happy hanukkah (i know, i know, it's over), a krazy kwanzaa, and a solemn, respectful ramadan.*

Best Villian will have to go to Hiltz. I dunno, he's just great as a villian.

Oh and have a Merry One, everyone. Remember, don't eat and drive!
