Too Bad CN spent so much time on those commercials :( (j/k) & CN's best move

CN made all those commercials for the old new line ups and will have to change them boo-hoo!

it really doesn't take that much to make those commercials. most of what they have in it is stock music from past commercials and a few hours in front of premiere or an avid workstation (though the avid workstation would be expensive, premiere which could be just about or as good of a job would be hella damn cheaper).

It was close between weekday showings of He-Man and the return of G.I. Joe, but I had to vote for He-Man. I just love where this series is going, and is a great tribute to the original series. I'm glad that the series will get a little more exposure besides the weekend showings, and hopefully good ratings will start a 2nd season.

[indent]Midnight Run promos traditionally haven't started until the day of the change. Plus, with the change happening so quickly after the announcement they will need time to whip something up.

For the weekday airings of He-Man and Transformers, I think they'll just use the regular ol' commercials and just have the narrator say "Now Mondays-Fridays at 4pm" or whatever at the very end. Same with Transformers. And with G-Gundam, they could just show the regular promos with "Midnight Run" at the end. And IIRC, CN made a Pokemon commercial back when the show aired last year when they had that Kids' WB! half-hour every Friday.

In all honesty, G-Gundam is the only show on that I watch on a regular basis.

If I'm in a good mood, I'll check out Yu-Gi-Oh! on Saturdays.

G.I. Joe is definatly the best news I've heard in awhile, with He-Man moving to the weekdays as my second pick.

Where's the "funding the second season of Big O" option?

YEAH, baby. Cartoon Network will have my eternal love for doing that.

It is, but it still suffers the generation loss that makes analog bad. Actually, I'd imagine they'd use a top of the line digital editing machine (ei. on a computer) and not on avid's (albeit super high quality) analog tapes.
