Endless Waltz, wow they changed it.

    Like This Thread!
Gundam Wing was the first Anime DVD I ever bought, I watched the whole series 3 times, and I watched Toonami's Endless Waltz about 9 times.

Last night a friend gave me his copy of the Special Edition DVD to watch cause I was bored, and jesus christ! Right from the beginning, I was like, "I don't remember that scene...." they must have cut out a good 15-20 minutes off of the movie. Either that or the Special Edition just had stuff added in. Either way, I think we really coulda used the scenes where Heero is underwater, and the blonde super eyebrow chick is rallying everyone to fight against Mari....umm....Marimeia?

And of course Duo's line about "saving treats" and the whole "if youre being sarcastic thats even worse" still remains a cloud in the junkyard that is my mind.

The special edition DVD has both the movie and OVA series. That why there was a difference.

Dont you mean the hot blonde with the eye brows?

Seriously though the movie is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better that the OVA and Dorothy's appearance is one reason

The genetically enhanced eyebrows! Seriously though, her lines in the movie were great. ^_^

I never did like those eyebrows. As for her appearance in the movie, I don't why they put her in. Maybe if she played a role throughout the movie it would be better, but they threw her in at the last minute.

I never saw the movie, but I think they added Dorothy (I think that was her name) just so they could fill up another loose end left from the TV series. But hey: another good thing about the movie I heard were that Zechs and Noin are together, but get to live.

Dorothy: "Just call me the The Brow".

Yeah I liked EW might have to get the DVD now.

As for the comment that Duo made about not leaving him any treats. I think he ment that he wanted to get into a good fight but she had taken care of it already.
    Let me out.

Those eyebrows.............jesus man. They look like Ryu's from Street fighter alpha, or maybe Ken. In fact, she kinda looks like Ken. But come on, I know there are girls out there that try to be less feminine to prove a point, but noone would let their eyebrows get that huge. I never even learned her name, all I could ever remember her by is those eyebrows.

.....but yeah, the movie was awesome.

    ....hehe....."The Brow"....good one....

I think some people have been reading "Go for it! Domon W" a little too much lately. (don't worry, I read it too)

Duo's comment on the treats was mis-translated, it makes no sence in the English version, originally it was something like when Heero and Duo werre talking to Noin and Sally (a real name ) Duo just goofin on them was all like "we'll try to save the last peice fo cake for you" since it was Christmas eve and Duo is thinking of the battle as a party.

Then later in the movie, Sally retorts Duo with something like "too bad ther'es no more cake for you" or something, it's been a loooong time since I saw the jap. version

Who said we forgot her name? We're just screwing around. And besides, I don't remember Treize's as being that noticable. I mean, at least they were the same color as his hair and didn't extend clear off his head. ^^;;;;;;;;;;; Besides, it goes against my code of seiyuu-adoring to make fun of any Okiayu Ryoutarou character besides Jinnai. (Because Jinnai's just so easy to crack jokes about)
