    Gundam Models

    Like This Thread!
Greetings, Toonami faithful! Evil Dr. Reef here again, and today he's looking for good prices for Gundam models. Since I know that I can't be the only builder out there, I'd like to know where you fellas/ladies get your kits from, specifically online. So far, Hobby Link Japan has been my site of choice, but since the kits are shipped from Japan, the shipping on some kits is a little out there. So I've come to you, looking for more economical Gundam kits. Any suggestions? Comments? Sites/stores to avoid? Anything!

    Re: Gundam Models

Hmm, another site you might want to look at is http://www.leoshop.com.tw/ I lurk on a Zoids model group, and, well, I don't think I've seen anyone say anything bad about that site. I'd also assume that their selection and price with gundams would be just as good, as well as their service.

I don't know too much on the online department, but I DO know that...

Toys R' Us has the most selection and worst price
KB Toys has equal selection and price
Wal Mart has the worst selection and best price

Other than that, you're on your own.
    Dance Dance Revolution is GOD!!!

    "Paranoia Eternal" 9 on Maniac
"Rhythm and Police" 9 on Maniac
    and... "Max 300" 10 (!) on Maniac
    5th Mix rules all...

Well, there are many sites to get models from!

Gundam Store And More has many great kits from SDs to MGs at prices similar to HlLJ's,and it only takes from 2-6 days depending on what state you live in.

Operation Gundam has many kits also with fair prices, and they service is almost as good as HLJ's.

Get Collecting has many figures and models and thir G Gundam models have just came in.

Wall of Fame has many Gundam items from US to Japnease items, and it's one of few that still sell Gundam Micro Bots(little figures that walk around).

    Hope these links help!

I don't tend to buy my models online, but thru a local anime shop,, I migh tbe paying too much, but it's not as bad as buying them thru TRU, caue I know I'm getting a better quality model for a bigger price

Actually, that IS the kit I'm looking for. Weird, eh? The cheapest I've found so far is $20 from HLJ, but the shipping is half as much as the kit. But, I still haven't checked out the sites youg guys posted (thanks a buch by the way). I'll go do that now.

well, I paid $45 bucks for it (which ain't bad for a local anime store and comparig to the other kits they sell, Master and Shadow/Speigle go for $50) not counting the paint I had to buy

I had to pay $55 for the not released in US Tallgeese 3, which sux since it was my fave Wing MS

Anyone know how to put broken Peices back together? I had a MG Gouf Custom (friends gave it to me, I act like I don't remeber where I put it cause I'm emarrased I broke their $60 gift to me) But it fell down and the pelvis peice, the part that the leg connects to broke off (no not the little thing on the head or the gun, had to be THE LEG!) so now I have the leg and theball joint and peg it connects to, but they are separate form the pelvis (as if the whole peg/balljonit peice were severed from the rest)

have tried supergluing it back together, but it's not strong enough to hold it and just falls apart again (it's quite a heavy model) this pisses me off cause this is my most expensive model (money and time wise, I even accidnetally sliced the tip of one of my figers off building it ) and it pains me to keep it hidden
