Meh, DBZ should've ended with the Freeza saga. This isn't horrible, but it's not great either. My favorite part's the Vegetto=candy part.

DBZ's got a good ending, though not as good as DB's or DBGT. This will be the "official" last saga, anyway. DBZ's got a bunch of different sagas, including the Frieza saga, the Saiyan saga, the Buu saga, and the Cell saga. They're basically just the names for the long episode arcs.

I've never liked the Majin Buu saga much. It's too long and it's all over the place. I mean, take the Freeza saga:

(note: im referencing the anime, so filler is included)
- First Bulma, Krillin and Gohan are going to Namek
- now they're on a spaceship of orphans
- now they're on an illusionary Namek
- now they're on the real Namek
- now Vegeta's arrived and Freeza's there too, now everyone's hunting for balls
- now Vegeta's fighting Dodoria and Zarbon
- now Vegeta's stolen Freeza's balls
- now Zarbon's dead, now the Ginyu Force has arrived
- now Goku's arrived, now Goku's kicked their asses
- now everyone's fighting Freeza
- now Goku's fighting Freeza
- now Freeza's about to blow up Namek
- now Goku finishes Freeza, now Namek explodes
- finally everyone's on earth except Goku.

Buu saga (SPOILERS AHEAD) -

- First Gohan's going to school
- Now Gohan's the Great Saiyaman
- Now Gohan's secret is out and he has to teach Videl how to fly
- Now the new tournament has begun
- Now Goku is back for one day
- Now everyone's fighting and Videl is beaten badly
- Now the 2 Majin fighters have stolen Gohan's energy and brought it back to Babidi.
- Now Dabura has turned Piccolo and Krillin to stone.
- Now Kaioshin, Vegeta, Gohan, and Goku are fighting in Babidi's spaceship.
- Now Gohan fights Dabura
- Now Vegeta is Majin Vegeta and begins fighting Goku
- Now Buu's alive
- now Buu's fighting everyone
- now he's fighting Vegeta and survives
- now Gohan is taken to the Kaioshin's planet to train
- now Buu and Babidi are terrorizing the planet
- now SSJ3 Goku fights Buu
- now Goku's gone
- now Buu kills Babidi
- now Buu's a lot worse without Babidi and is killing everyone in sight
- now Buu builds a house
- now Mr. Satan befriends Buu, and Buu becomes good
- meanwhile Trunks and Goten fuse
- now snipers shoot Buu's puppy, and then Mr. Satan
- now Buu spawns evil Buu and they form a Super Buu
- now Buu's on Dende's loookout and kills everyone on the planet
- now Buu's in the time chamber fighting Gotenks
- now they're trapped, and Buu frees himself
- now Gotenks goes SSJ3 and Buu eats everyone on the lookout
- meanwhile Gohan is training with Kaioshin in heaven
- now Gotenks and Buu fight some more on the lookout and destroy it
- now they're fighting on earth
- now the fusion has worn off
- now Gohan is on the scene fighting Buu
- now Gotenks is refused, and Buu absorbs him
- now Buu absorbs Piccolo
- now Goku and Vegeta are back
- now Buu absorbs Gohan, and Vegetto is formed
- now Vegetto and Buu fight
- meanwhile Chichi, Bulma, Videl and Dabura are in heaven searching for Gohan
- also Kuririn and Yamucha are training on Kaioshin's planet
- now Vegetto's been turned into candy and continues to fight
- now Buu absorbs Vegetto
- now Vegetto's unfused
- now they're fighting a vision of Buu in Buu's brain
- now they've escaped
- now Kid Buu is formed and he blows up the Earth

The entire Majin Buu saga is my favorite saga. I don't really like the Freeza one all too much, to tell the truth. I first got into Dragonball Z during the Imperfect Cell Saga, I think. I like the Buu Saga best because it has fat Buu for one reason. He's my favorite villain. ^_^ (Um, if you don't count Android18...)

One thing I liked about the end of the Buu Saga is that, for the first time since the original fight with Vegeta, a major DBZ villian isn't defeated by a super saiyan simply reaching a new level. It was also nice to see a lot of old faces from the original series show up for some quick cameos. The Buu saga in general isn't my favorite storyline in the show (that goes to Freeza Saga), but Buu becomes my favorite DB villian once he reaches the Kid Buu level. But the actual ending of DBZ could of been a lot better.
