This is what you do...
Head over to the TDA's site. Go to "Report A Commerical" section. Then list your name, email address, give a brief description about what was featured in the promo, and last give the time of when it aired.
Thats all you got to do.

What I found funny about that ad was the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" line. If anything needs to be fixed, it's that. Well actually, the story's good, but editing needs fixing.
