in the animated series and in bb she bruces true love....daughter of ras a gul(someone correct me on the name) she has appeared in about 3-4 batman eps and 1 BB ep(in a sick way, ala rotj)

This "Talia" person pictured above was in about 3 episodes or so of Batman: the Animated Series. She got the most votes in John Delaney's weekly poll last week, so Delaney drew 'er. Thus, the resulting picture.

She has appeared on "Batman" and "Batman Beyond," two shows that have aired on Toonami. That's why it was posted here, because it was semi-Toonami related.
