Meet young Sena Kobayakawa. Sena has developed great speed from being picked on while in elementary school. This has led Mamori Anezaki to protect him, but this has caused bullies to pick on him all the more. Hiruma Youichi has seen Sena's abilities, and with some gentle persuasion he has got Sena to join the Deimon Devilbats American Football team. Sena isn't alone. He has the fat but loveable Kurita Ryoukan at his side, and track member Tetsuo Ishimara has also joined the squad. They have one goal in site, the Christmas Bowl, and now it's game time.

Deimon has shocked all of Japan with the unknown Eyeshield 21. With Seijuro Shin sitting on the sideline, Deimon has managed to gain a 6-0 lead. Haruto Sakuraba is now stepping onto the field, along with QB Ichiro Takami , and lineman Makoto Otawara is continuing to play one-on-one with Kurita. Now Ojo is ready to begin their offense. Can Deimon find a way to stop them? With the Huh Huh's soon returning (Kazuki Juumonji , Kouji Kuroki , Shouzou Toganou ), it's a game that will seem to never end. It's time for the fourth dub episode of Eyeshield 21 on Toonami Jetstream.

Now it makes sense. I thought it ended abruptly when Kurita said "Where's Eyeshield?"

I can't believe some people still have hope for this dub. I gave up on it 10 minutes into episode 1.

I actually think they're doing okay, the voice acting is good, and at least the episodes aren't being ruined, they are in fact watchable. Of course i'm probably waisting my time as I really don't expect anyone here or on any other anime board to ever give it a chance.

Tell you what. I'll give this dub a chance as soon as Eyeshield 21 U.S. Project or whatever they're called gives the original music and non-merged episodes a chance.

God, and Episode 3 gave me so much hope. Now we're back to the merging and s*** again. They have to realize this is seriously wounding the characterization of all the characters involved. They have to know how anime in the US market has changed over the years. They have to know people will dart to uncut fansubs if they're dissatisfied with the official version of the product.

But do they even care?

Episode 5 in the original ended with Sena's stunned face after Hiruma asks him if he agrees about luck shots.

In the dub they continue on to the next episode and it ends when Mamori makes a comment about the team's defense setup.

Well, to be fair, people seem to dart to uncut fansubs no matter what. It's not like any of the anime on Cartoon Network is getting phenomenal ratings.

Ok I seen some of the actual not cut episodes and I have to say that was a whole lot better o_o(got to love Hiruma's gun scenes lol)

But meh still I like the dub even if the theme song is so...annoying...

I don't mind these episodes, but I've never seen the originals either and I'm still watching this. As long as it holds my attention, then I'm good.
