    Okay, that works too.

Luna and friends are kinda of a pain (at least at this point).

Man, Omega-Xis's attitude sure has changed since the first episode. He's pretty funny, actually. Poor guy sure hates school.

I'm really starting to get into this show. I honestly always found NT Warrior to be really boring, the battles in particular. This show does everything better.

It's kind of like ET, if you take out all of the emotion and turn it into a silly webcomic that's updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays

And here I'd thought Viz would learn from that after all that episode merging back in EXE Season 2. (Axess never got a merge job though they did jump over a bunch of episodes instead)

At least we get to see the Gemini twins...

Hopefully everything will be fixed on Jetstream...

What did you expect? This is the Cartoon Network we're talking about! Did you think they WOULDN'T do something this stupid.

Predictable: that's what they are! You know how in soccer matches when a severe foul is commited, the referee takes out a yellow card? Well, that's what I'm doing here. I'm giving the network a "yellow card" for this show. They can just forget about me watching this show on TV. It's the Toonami Jetstream airings from now on, and if they mess that up, then that will be a "red card", if you know what I mean (i.e., I would no longer watch the show period); if it weren't for the fact that Jetstream even exists, I would stop right now. Besides, "watch full episodes on Toonami Jetstream"? Is this what that's supposed to mean? I suppose TOON justifies this travesty of a TV broadcast as being a "sneak preview" or something...

Now, rather then unintentionally offend anyone here (and unintentionally sound like a ranting raving idiot...), I'll stop there.

Oh, and Rocketboy, I'm sorry for editing that one part of your post. As "incensed" as I am about this, try to understand that I'm still against even mild swearing, but enough about that...

Oh, and D Dubbs, I'm really sorry to have to say this but...

Hopefully everything will be fixed on Jetstream...
Then again, it might not. Benefit of the doubt doesn't apply here. This is the Cartoon Network we're talking about. Either it will be fixed or it won't. We'll just have to wait and see.

It's possible that they may have edited stuff out so they could fit the movie time period.

But man...why'd they have to leave us on a cliffhanger?

I imagine they did this to fill out the rest of the half of the hour - not leave Taurus Fire on a cliffhanger, or something, but they were still unable to air a full episode afterwards.

I think the regular broadcasts will be back to business as usual, as it were. Nothing NT Warrior-like.

Nothing to get worked up over, or anything.

In any event, after thinking it over, I suppose I was acting a little hasty. Assuming there IS a regular broadcast on TV, I'll see what happens then, but if in a 50/50 chance what happened tonight repeats itself, then that's it.

Let's face it, I believe in second chances, even if this network doesn't deserve it...

Reasons why I don't think this will be the "final" versions of the episodes?

What should be episode 5 (Taurus Fire's defeat), only makes up half of an episode.

The edited Virus Human story + Gemini Spark bit doesn't add up to a full episode on its own, and if you attach it to the Taurus fire debacle, you run OVER the allotted time.

so, yeah, I think it's just some crap CN threw together.

Yeah, I'd say it's a bit too soon to judge what's going to happen. Just wait and see.

Also, there were a couple of scenes from the first four episodes that were on Jetstream, but weren't on Toonami tonight, so I think your theory is pretty likely.

Anyway, I'm glad to see that people are enjoying the series. IMO, the first batch of episodes are kind of redundant, but I believe that'll change as the series goes on.

I think it's safe to say that this episode was a trainnwreck. It's also safe to say that CN did this to be on time, and it will be fixed up on Jetstream.

    But Pat's voice rocks.

it was an okay show for like the first 1:10 and then it went right to very messed up pacing! I see it is because they went and chopped up episodes but it really knocked me out of the good mood way to get a new show off on the wrong foot CN

Yeah, I would agree that pacing was an issue. It's not really the type of show that works well in a marathon (at least in its earlier stages).

Kinda funny that it took Japan three months to get through the same amount of material that we got through in two hours.
