Japanese Title: “In a Tight Spot, the Scarred Heroes!"
English Title: "Win Mr. Stein’s Duel (2)"

Last time: Jaden got challenged to a duel by Professor Stein, in an underground facility. Alexis was tossed into a death trap, and will die unless somebody saves her from drowning.

Tonight: Jaden and Stein's duel comes to a dramatic finish with Alexis' life on the line.

Who's got the spotlight tonight?

Jaden Yuki (Judai Yuki): He's the hero of our story who resides in the Slifer Red Dorm. Despite the low ranking of his dorm, Jaden is one of the strongest duelist in Duel Academy, and he vowed to take down the Society and save the world, which he did last season. Now Jaden is excited to face anyone who wants to duel him, but how will he do against the best duelists from the other Duel Academy's?

Alexis Rhodes (Asuka Tenjoin): After Alexis was freed from the Society's control, she showed why she is the top female student at Duelist Academy, and now she's determined to make sure her friends stay safe at all costs, no matter what dorm they may be in. Now Alexis is once again rooting for Jaden, but she thinks there's something mysterious about all these new duelists.

Notes

Expect a death edit tonight, somebody dies in this episode and with 4kids' track record, they'll be going to the: "Shadow Realm"

Many surprises in this episode.

They're parodying Ben Stein, hence the name of the episode. Pretty good imitation, too, if you ask me.

Yeah, pretty much..the consequences were dying in the original.

And, it looks like they didn't try to cover up Saito's death, YAY!

And.. did they try making a point why Mr. Stein was well.. "stein" and the emotionless voice, the whole 5 second backstory thing? Giving up a part of himself right?

The eppy was okay, i cannot beleve Stien and Jayden went into the "Shadow Realm".. looks like we might need to "come aboard next week and find out"...

Stein / Satou did not go to the Shadow Realm, he died! He glowed with fire and fell off of the bridge like the guide I read, said he did. No covering here. And, how could Jaden go to the "Shadow Realm" if the series is not over?
