I miss them, but I'm gonna buy the DVDs when they're out.

Sorry, but I still haven't really watched the show, yet so I don't really know exactly who they are.

Hey, Wakari's the name of the main character in one of my books. Cool.

I miss the boys. But thankfully the DVD's are coming out. Yay!

I'm also hoping that if the DVD's sell well than Bandai will bring over the OVA's. JC say's they're "ok" but missing something that would make them better, like the whole "Ryo of Wildfire! DOOOUUUUGGGGGIIIIEEE!!!" bit when they transform, and a plot and stuff.

I got Cartoon Network after Ronin Warriors had stoped airing, so I never got to see it. It looked cool, in an old-school kinda way.

I never watched it the first time it aired, but I wound up watching it the second time and actually enjoyed it. I plan to get the DVDs in April as well. I just learned of the OAV's however, so what are they all about?

Well...I never really got into it (although I did watch most of the eps...I think...)

Did the show start over? It seamed to me that there were two versions of the story...I dunno.

The Hebrew was a bit creepy..

Well not having seen them I can only tell you what I've been told. As far as I know one is about the boys going to New York when they learn that Sage's armor has gone on a killing spree in the city. The second expands on the history of the white armor. And I think there's a third, but I don't have a clue as to what it's about.

At any rate, I've heard that they're ok, just not as good as the TV series.

You might be thinking of another series. There were like two or three other shows that were made around the same time and have similar character design.

    Hebrew?

No, it didn't start over, though, I would've loved to see Ryo slap Yuli again! Kodak moment!

I liked Ronin Warriors when it first came out in syndication, but when it came to Toonami...I couldn't get back into it. I don't know why. It was ok, but...nyeh.

Didn't know the bit about the Hebrew. It's kind of cool, in a wacky Japanese kind of way.

Now that I understand what you were getting at. There's one story in RW, just divided into two parts. The first half ends after the boys defeat Tulpa(sp?) for the first time, believing that he's dead. The second half ends with his true defeat.

hhhhmmm.........maybe I should start a poll on "How many people thought it was funny as hell when Ryo slapped Yuli."

It'd be interesting to see what people thought of that
