As I reported today on the news page, "Zoids" begins airing today at 4:30 PM. Cartoon Network rescheduled the show at the last minute.

Yes indeed. Perhaps, CN was actually listening to the fans of the show, who wanted it on at another time. Now, if the could only listen to the other demands...

Well, they listen to too masny of our demands and the usually crop of advertisers goes away. Then again, we could always convince them to get new advertisers, as I don't think the baby doll adds on Toonami are going to generate many sales.

[indent]Woo hoo! I'll have to start setting the VCR half and hour earlier. Is this by any chance part of Toonami or do we just get a half hour of pseudonami? Does this mean Johnny Quest is on in the mornings now?

"Zoids" isn't airing part of Toonami. It will air at 4:30 PM in addition to airing weekday mornings. For more, head over to the news page.

What the 50+ episodes one? I'm not sure, they may be in the middle of dubbing it.

Zoids originally started out at 4:30 on Cartoon Network. I finally got to see the first episode (I've missed it up until now).

Do they show the original opening? I tuned in today to try and catch it but they didn't show any opening. Do they even use one for the non-Toonami run?

I'm very happy. I just by chance tuned to Cartoon Network and I saw Zoids! I was overjoyed!

Toonami did have an intro- their classic "random shots" intro, with random shots of the characters and their voices in the background, a lot like the intros for Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Tenchi, and Batman Beyond. The ending is the same in the non-Toonami version as it was for Toonami.

Actually, Zoids did start out as a pre-Toonami show, I remember it was playing and I was like "what the heck is this show? it looks anime-ish but then it would be on toonami?!?" and later I became a big fan of Zoids. I have yet to see the ending and understand it.

If they are dubbing another Zoids series, then I'm very happy!
Welcome to the end of your life! And I promise it's going to hurt!

Is the old Zoids show as good as the new one?
