Phantom Lights & Changing colors <--Qualities I look for in a ship.
This is the first question I asked over at CNX, and with a brauder audience i figured why not ask here too.
On the Absolution (The toonami ship) Why are there little lights on the side of the ship. They look like people could live in the ship and be using a room with a light in it.
Also...do you remember when the absolution was black, wouldn't it have been much nicer if toonami had decided to create a small story about this as well, instead of just changing it?
Just some food for thought...

If you mean the lights mounted on the outside maybe they're there so the ship can be noticed from further away visually (for the space jockey that likes to do visual navigation). If you mean the windows that seem to indicate internal lighting - I guess that's for TOM & the Clydes so they can walk around without the need for low light vision or head mounted lights

Yeah, I believe he's refering to the internal lighting seen through the Absolution's port-holes. Yours seems to be the logical explination until the day Tom is graced with his own series.
