Well that just makes me angry.

Why are they skipping 13 episodes? I had been enjoying the show when it aired on Toonami before...

They're not skipping 13 episodes. All 13 episodes premiered on Kids WB! and have aired on CN's morning run at 6 AM.

Starting at 27 would be skipping 13 episodes because CN and KWB have only aired 1-13 so far. So where's 14-26?

14 actually premiered on Toonami (remember CN jumped over 1 & 2 originally), and the others are below:

Episode- Kids WB! premiere- CN premiere (at 6 AM)
    15- Detour- October 7, 2005- January 2, 2006
    16- Savage- October 10, 2005- January 3, 2006
    17- Sand- October 11, 2005- January 4, 2006
    18- Champions- October 12, 2005- January 5, 2006
    19- Ice- October 13, 2005- January 9, 2006
    20- Honour- October 14, 2005- January 10, 2006
    21- Primal- October 17, 2005- January 11, 2006
    22- Trust- October 18, 2005- January 12, 2006
    23- Trap- October 19, 2005- January 16, 2006
    24- Invasion- October 20, 2005- January 17, 2006
    25- Retreat- October 21, 2005- January 18, 2006
    26- Revelation- October 24, 2005- January 19, 2006
    1- Fallen- September 19, 2005- January 23, 2006
    2- Haven- September 20, 2005- January 24, 2006

Sources are Anime News Network, TV.com, Toon Zone (http://www.toonzone.net/schedule/dis...51&networkID=1), and my tape which has those episodes recorded because they have aired on both Kids WB! and CN. Heck, how would CN be airing episode 22- Trust- tommorow at 6 AM if it hadn't already premiered. The next episode to premiere is March 11th- Episode 27- Critical.

Hmm, well, I think they probably aquired Advent Children and Bleach. And maybe PoT and Eureka 7. Not sure about Destiny. I'm thinking that'll air on Friday nights.

Which means that IGPX probably won't be having it's second season till like at least June or something, and some other things you guys have will probably be pushed back as well. (Note: I'm not even going to really try guessing at the schedule till the upfront tommorow).
Wow, they must really REALLY like Bo-bobo. First a game, and now this.

Really I thought they didn't make it all the way 26 on KWB. My apologies for not having my info correct. So 27 then... time to update my predictions again.

They're skipping them because they never aired on Toonami.

I'm pissed now, I had to miss 25% of the series thanks to that idiocy.

If you have a VCR, you can still tape the episodes in the mornings. You really don't want to miss them, because a lot of important plot points occur.

I don't see why everyone's surprised by the Cybertron move. Toonami did the EXACT same thing with Duel Masters. Two of the episodes (for Season 2) premiered on weekday mornings and not on Toonami, but when the show moved back to Toonami with premieres, those two episodes were skipped over and they started the premieres with the episode after the premires on weekday mornings. Maybe not as big a skip as 13 episodes, but it still happen. You know why? Because CN dosen't care as much for those shows as they do for others (I mean if the only reason Cybertron is even airing anyway is because of Hasbro) and is just getting to showing all the eps ASAP.

You could have watched them on KWB couldn't you Kuwaba-kun? If not you could have woke up at 6AM to watch those 13 episodes on weekday mornings if you really wanted to. It's lame for them to skip episodes on Toonami because there's no guarentee the viewers could watch them in other places but it's would also be lame for Toonami to air those "reruns" just because they didn't air on Toonami yet. Gah... I don't know. It is what it is. And you can still watch it all on CN early on weekdays. For some reason, Duel Masters isn't getting that slot back when it leaves Toonami this time.

    - One show will be announced at the upfront, but won't actually premiere until March 2007.
I'm hoping its not, but I'm betting its Legion or another DC-related show.

    - Another show that everybody is expecting to be announced won't be. At least, not yet.
    Dark Crystal.

    - One planned show will be universally loathed by a lot of folks based on the concept alone.
That "anime that's not an anime" thing. The Warner one, is it?

    - Expansion? Toonami? Well, something's going to give, as the original announced hours for the Saturday night Toonami may become a reality this May.
I don't get that one at all.

    - Something French. France is the new Japan, but I have a feeling that Canada may become the new Japan in another year or so.
Isn't one of the "girl power" shows French? Spies, Winx, Witch--one of them is French, I forget which...I suspect this means more "girl power" shows.

    - 2007 is going to be a big year for Toonami. That will be said at some point at THIS year's upfronts.
Tenth anniversary. Might be nice if it got another spot on another day.

Oh? You wanted specifics? Hmm. Ask me later.

Er, when did I ever say that Cybertron would lead-off the block and that Bo-bobo would air at 10:30? I'm not saying it isn't, but I don't remember saying that it is.

The only person more opposed to me waking up at 6AM to watch TV then I am would be my roommate. That wouldn't work out at all.

When it aired on KidsWB I was just waiting for it to come back.

Besides some days of the week I'm busy during the afternoons anyways.

Oh well, that's life I guess.

Oh sorry. It was LivingFruitVirus who said...

Bobobo and Transformers Cybertron will survive the pre-emptions. And Zatch Bell! for a week.

I don't get that one at all.

    Totally Spies is French.
I don't get it because I don't know what the originally planned hours were.

And TS is French, so I would guess he means that new show, the name I can't recall, but I do know it has less of a probability to suck than TS does. (I don't care for girl power shows anyway, but VALLEY girls? Ew. Plus there are a couple episodes that are just offensive to me.)

Back in Feb 2004, CN said Toonami would become Sat 7-12. Bumping the originally planned [as] Sat to 12-2am. This pissed [as] fans off.

[as] then was going to move anime to Thurs and give Toonami 7-2am.

[as] the took the day back at it's original time and Toonami was, and has been since, 7-11pm.

Two years ago, during the upfronts, Toonami was scheduled to be a block airing from 7 PM to Midnight EST. I say that they MAY revitalize that schedule in May. I didn't say that they WERE revamping that schedule in May. Of course, I didn't say much of anything.

And Totally Spies is NOT coming to Toonami.

    I just said "Something French."

Though why would you say... May exactly. When AS expands to 10:30PM on weekdays at the tail end of March. Why not April? More specifically the aniversary of Toonami Saturday (or close to it). Just toss'n that out there.

Allas I wont be home until 2:30PM or later Pacific time and I start work at 8AM. So I'll have to wait a while before seeing what actually is annouced and making commentary. So if you are wondering why I'm not saying anything its well... because I'm not near a computer.
