For those wondering, that song was Easy Muffin by Amon Tobin. It was used in the past for Gundam SEED's Toonami intro and packaging. We even got nearly the whole song. Pretty sweet.

When the race against Sludge Mama started, "to be continued" was shown. Show went to commercial and then aired Part 2, sans opening.

I waited five mintues for a preview.

Black Egg? Interesting title. Wow, I liked the Toonami Orginal credit.

Overall, this episode just felt slow. It was fine for developing the character, but it needs more action. 3 out of 5.
