Attack on Toonami Chapter 26 “Lil’ Slugger will never be good”



A lot happens in this chapter so I hope you all really like it.





“Im here” Zechs announced as he landed, detaching he jetpack. He looked around; it looked nothing like when he was born here. This place was called Azarath, where the good were supposed to be born. Zechs had never been good, even when his mother was pregnant he had been embedded with a seed. As he grew, the seed grew, it showed, he became more violent. But he always did it for a reason, his mother constantly asked him why he did the things he did, but he not knowing about the seed had no idea. It came to the point where he had even killed his own mother, causing the seed to have completely taken over. He later found out about this seed from his master, and his fellow council of evil. They were evil…evil enough to take an innocent child and turn him into the evil that would destroy the world. However, like everything in this world, eventually everything dies. The seed has lived its life, and with giving up his powers, he depleted the seed. It no longer was in him, and they could no longer control him. He had a feeling that they had planned for Lil’ Slugger to come after him, he was a tool, and he had become unusable. So what better way to get rid of him than destroy him? Yes. They had planned this, they forced him into a corner, but now it would all end. Not for good, but for evil. They should have never used him, because now they would be destroyed…hopefully. The double fusion had to be enough, and surely the good guys would soon find out about the council. The battle would be hard…but they would come out with the victory.

“Ze-Zechs, is that you?” an elderly man said, walking out from the gate. “Hello grandfather, it is me and I have come to stop this evil spreading through out the universe” Zechs said, walking to the old man. “Good, good, come in” he said, and they went inside the gates. Inside lay ruins, everything had been destroyed, destroyed by him. His grandfather though, accepted him, telling him that it was never his fault and never would be. “I don’t have much time” he said, and told his grandfather of what was happening, “Yes, yes, let us hurry, quickly we must head to tomb of time. There we will be able to make this happen” his grandfather said, getting up grabbing some food, and immediately taking off.

“Zechs, Zech’s, Zech’s, you foolish little man, you have given me an idea, and you will be the center of all my plans” Cool said, and the shadows stretched out, making his slim figure. He followed silently, becoming the shadow again.

“As a monk I will have to open the door, if you do, then the sacred barrier, will simply destroy you piece by piece” the monk said, as Zechs reached out, Zechs quickly pulled his hand back. The monk took out a piece of parchment and wrote a message on it, “Let us Pass”, he started chanting as the parchment stuck to his hand, and as fast as lightening he stuck it on the door. Sparks immediately lit up, and they were forced to stand back, as the door, opened, slowly. “Is it safe?” Zechs asked and his grandfather nodded. “Let us go then” he said and they entered, it was dark until Zechs grandfather lit a torch. “From this point on, we say nothing’ he said and everything fell silent, except their footsteps.

Halfway through Zechs accidentally coughed, and immediately he was struck down by a rock, he clenched his teeth together, with out powers that hurt a lot. He slowly got up, and nodded to his grandfather acknowledging to keep going. And they set off again. After what seemed like an hour they had arrived, and there sat a hole, where the moon could shine through, the circle had some markings on it. Time itself was in that circle, and there he would travel when it struck midnight.

“Now…we wait” his grandfather said, sitting down, but there was no waiting. “Zechs, you fool, did you really think you could get away from me?” Cool said, and transformed from small slugger to beast slugger. He swung his bat down at him, and Zechs immediately dodged. “Grandfather” he called, having no powers except the amour attached to him now, but his grandfather did not reply. He was meditating and Zechs cursed, it was only an hour until midnight and here he was fighting a losing battle. Cool raised his foot and attempted to crush Zechs, who he himself thought was dead, but then a barrier appeared around him.

“Excuse me, but who said you could be here” Zechs grandfather said, and as a monk had produced the barrier. He quickly moved, as if he was 20, and threw a piece of parchment at Cool, it attached to him and he shouted as it shocked him. “Move Zechs’ he commanded and then threw 3 more at Cool, and not having anytime to prepare for them was hit again but now he couldn’t move. “Give me your hand” he commanded, and then chanted, and his hand opened. Zechs cried out in pain but it soon went away, and he was sucking everything in. “Point it at the monster” his grandfather commanded, and Zechs did so, and slowly Cool was sucked in. His grandfather quickly sealed the hand. “Wow, grandfather that was amazing” Zechs aid, and Lil’ Slugger was no more.

“The time has come” his grandfather said, and the circle was almost full, his grandfather sat and chanted, obviously preparing the time travel. Zechs stepped in, and the circle filled. The circle below him lit with a bright red color. It started to cover him, “I, Captain Zechs, ask that I take the place of myself 1 year, 1 week, 2 hours and 23 seconds in the past” he said and the red light covered him. Then the light broke apart, into a million little red pieces, “Good luck, Zechs” his grandfather said.







“Sketch, your not alone” Maune said standing up, with Jeff Harris, Recca following closely. They fell in a line, “Look I’m going to need your power, and were going to have to do some fusing, more than anyone has ever done before, first Harris and Maune you 2, and then me and Recca and then we will fuse again from there” he said, and they just nodded, there was no question of, would it work?

All of a sudden a flash of light appeared and the Zechs they had been fighting was gone, and a new one came out of the light. “Finish me now” he said and took out the Shikon jewel, the 4 were perplexed, “I am from the future and don’t want to win, do the fusion but with thi---“ he gagged. He fell to the ground, “What the hell is this?” Sketch demanded, and when Zechs fell to the found, a scar was on his back, a scar of Lil’ Slugger. It grew bigger and bigger and Cool broke out. “It worked perfectly” Cool said and looked at the almost dead Zechs, “Ah this will do” he said and picked up the jewel shard, he was as big as a planet now and had more power than ever.

“Wha-What the hell is that?” Maune said stuttering as he backed up, but right before Cool struck at them with his huge bat, he disappeared. “ I don’t know, but we are going to find out” Recca said and they ran over to Zechs, who was breathing hard. “I never wanted it to be this way-Zechs coughed- I never should have been evil, but they destroyed my life, they did it, and now they have the Shikon jewel shard, -he coughed again, this time with blood- In order to double fuse, you must have a great power source, if not then you will be eaten by the power” Zechs said and then breathed harder, they all looked sympathetic, nobody had wanted this to happen to anyone, to be used and played with and then for what, death? Not even Zechs deserved it, “Zechs…Im sorry” Maune said and with one last breathe Zechs closed his eyes. He was dead, and now they had something else to worry about. “He will get a proper burial, but who was he talking about? They obviously have great power” Maune said and they looked out into space, Somewhere and Sometime they will have to face whoever controlled Zechs and it would be one hell of a battle.

“Perfect, you did an excellent job” A deep male voice said, “Thank you sir” Cool said and then was answered by a light woman’s voice “Yes, very good in deed, but now it is time that we take over completely now” she said and there was laughter. The council of evil was planning, and had planned this ever since Zechs mother was pregnant. If they had that planned, then what else do they have planned?

So, it's back to the past where we haven't been turned into cyborgs yet. I guess that means the resistance is alive and free again. I wonder if they'll join the TICA uys to fight this new evil. The plot has thrown us a twist I didn't see coming, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

You could show up before that ends. The idea for this series is to incorporate all the Toon Zone Toonami talkers into it.

I haven't written any of the chapters yet so of course you can I will incorporate you somehow. I always have an ideas of what im doing but I never actually put them on paper until i have free time. I had a 7 hour band practice today and then a performance so i didn't have any time. Also Tomorrow i have loads of weekend homework, so dont expect a chapter tomorrow but I will do my best.
