Attack on Toonami Chapter 22 “Same bad guy, new good guys”



I pretty much make myself seem like an ass in this one. And i hope you enjoy !





Last time: Recca, Maune, Jeff and Sketch tried to fuse and then fuse again, but when they tried, they seemingly disappeared…



1 year later…



---With the world’s hero’s gone, Zechs took over, with his army of Crichton’s. He somehow managed to forgive Lord Dalek and now Dalek is one of his top men, greedy for power. The TICA fell within a month, many had died trying to protect what was good in the world, including Duke, True Noir and Sampo. They were once one of Earth and TICA’s great protectors, but now they were no more than a memory. Zechs enslaved most of the galaxy, and nobody really had a chance. Many just gave up and went along with being his slaves. But little over a month ago, a group was started a group, that was planning to take over Zechs---



“Everybody settle down, the leader is coming” a guy announced. It appeared they were in a cave, or better yet a meeting room, but the cave was all they had, it was more than what some people had due to Zechs, and with every bit of hope this group, called “The Underground Society”, was going to bring down Zechs. As the group quieted down, the leader entered. It was none other than bigddan, he had been sick of what Zechs had done to everyone, and started to collect anyone who would go with him.

“Thanks for coming to this meeting, as you know our loved ones are frightened, and it is important we make sure that we can protect them. Using my alchemist powers I have put up a lot of defense items. We must however, get to Zechs himself, this will not be easy however, with his army of Crichton’s and his lethal Captain, Dalek. Luckily I have assembled a team to protect, and engage in combat to make our goal, a reality. I would like to present, Mr. Pedro, TimTwoFace, Kury Wagner, and Gwen. Mr. Pedro, has the ability to stretch his body out, and is like a rubber band, TimTwoFace can use a power called an alter, and can make his right arm, back and part of his face turn into a lethal weapon, Kury Rice is a power ranger, with a suit and Mechs, and Gwen can shoot starbolts from her eyes and hands. They are the best of the best, and we will bring Zechs down.” Bigddan said in a powerful voice, and it seemed to calm the people down. It seemed more…settling. As people started to clear out the five stayed behind, it was time to make an attack.

“Sir I have the schematics to the city” Mr. Pedro said and pulled them out, laying them upon the table. It showed many sewage lines, buildings and passages. This was how the group would infiltrate Zechs “palace” as he called it.

“Sir, if I may point out, I think it may be best if Kury and Gwen went together to take out Lord Dalek, in order to do this, they will have to take pipe 2A-4b and then they should end up in the building where he is located. Then they will just have to plan their attack from there. While they are doing this we will take the pipes 3E-6D-2f and then we will have to take a climb, up the walls of the building. The problem is that there are guards all around this building and climbing the walls will not be an easy task. I suggest that we use Kury’s cloaking potion, she can whip us up a few batches since she is not only a power ranger but also a potion master. I hope you consider my idea” TimTwoFace said highlighting the schematics in which they would go. “I like that idea, but unlike Zechs, we vote on how things will be done. All in favor?” Bigddan asked and they all said “Aye”. “Very good, now people get a good…mornings rest, we will carry this out at night” he said and everyone went to bed. However some stayed up later in the day than others…

“I hope this plan works” Kury said putting some ingredients in a bowl, obviously making the cloaking potions.

“Yeah, it would be terrible to be killed, I didn’t come this far to end up like the TICA people.” Gwen said, getting into bed. These 2 had been friends since, well…birth. They had been pulled into this group because Bigddan had seen how they were beaten when they refused to act as slaves. Luckily he had been able to get them out, they could have died within days if it weren’t for him, and with that they owed him their lives. He never said they had to repay him, but if the time would come, both would gladly give up rescue him, even if it looked impossible. “What else should I bring?” Kury asked, thinking of making more potions for everyone, they did come in handy after all. “How about some where you can make them become frozen,” Gwen suggested and Kury nodded in agreement, now done with the cloaking potions. Soon Kury was done and went to sleep, along with Gwen.

That night…

“Lets go, Lets go” Bigddan said, the guys waving bye to the girls and taking their separate paths. The girls went along their path to Lord Dalek, and soon they had made it to the building he was in. “Okay, here is the cloaking potion for us, we have to hurry” Kury said, first changing into a power ranger and then taking the potion. Gwen did the same and they got out of the pipes, this place was crawling with Crichton’s. “We have to get to the elevators” she said, which happened to be in the next room. They decided to take down the Crichton’s, and they not knowing where the intruders were, happened to be easy prey. They moved on and got into the elevator. However they did not ride it up, they got on top and climbed up. When they were halfway up they heard an alarm go off. “Hold on” Kury said and shot a gun, but the gun shot a claw that would hook onto the top and pull them up. Within seconds they were up, the potion only having about 10 minutes left. When the elevator opened however, there was just a line of Crichton’s waiting. “Take them down” Gwen said and she threw starbolts at them, making big ones and small ones, also shooting them out of her eyes. Kury on the other hand took out about 5 immobilizing potions, and threw them out. She went and destroyed the frozen Crichton’s. They were done within the 10 minutes, and now were visible. Not that it mattered; they were in front of Dalek’s room. They busted in and there waiting was Dalek.

“Hello ladies” he said and then within seconds, his whole body became metal. “I have had some adjustments” he said and laughed, he shot lightening through his fingers at them. Gwen dodges and shot starbolts, only to see they had no effect, but Kury got nailed in the stomach, for when she dodged the lightening heading at her, she hit the one aiming at Gwen. “Kury” she said, and did the mistake of looking for a split second. Dalek took this opportunity, to grab a hold of Gwen’s arm. She struggled, but now he had both arms, and she was turning into medal. She yelled and Dalek dropped her. Everything was metal except her head. “Nighty night” Dalek said, with a sinister laugh and kicked her, knocking her out. He laughed and sat down, dialing a phone number, “They are down” he said and laughed while hanging up.

Meanwhile…

“Kury…Gwen…pick up” Bigddan said into his radio. “I hope they are alright” he said and Mr. Pedro gave a look of disbelief. They soon had made it to the building where Zechs was. They turned on their cloaking, when they got in, there was someone just standing there. It looked to be one of those TICA heroes’s they had heard about, and it turns out…it was. It was Duke, but he looked different, he was covered with holes and he seemed to have red eyes. They got closer, just for a second and it turned out he was a cyborg. “Your cloaking wont help” he said and took a swing at TimTwoFace, who managed to dodge. “Well then we will just have to take you down anyways” Tim said and used his alter power. “Shell bullet” he yelled and lunged at Duke, however he disappeared making TimTwoFace miss. Then Tim felt pain in his back, he had been hit from behind and then Duke moved so quick they could hardly see him. He whacked Tim until he wad down on the ground, bleeding.

“Alright buddy” Pedro said and then stretched out so that Duke could not move without falling. Duke stopped, glaring him and took out a drill, Pedro pulled himself back together, that drill looked sharp. “Okay, my turn” Bigddan himself said and clapped his hands together, touching the ground. The ground then fell all around Tim, Bigddan and Pedro. Duke fell his leg had broken off, so bigddan repaired the floor they were on, and then got to a window. “Tim, you will have to stay” Bigddan said and Tim just nodded, it was looking bad. “Pedro stretch up there” And Pedro did as Bigddan said, they then shot up there. Tim looked relieved and sat there resting. He then opened his eyes and say Duke, repaired “Did you think I was done” he said and punched Tim, blood spat out of his mouth and he was down for the count. As they were going up, Pedro let go and lunged into a room. Zechs was standing there as they broke in and got ready to fight.

“Why hello” he said and then stared at them, Pedro however stretched his arm out and threw a punch at him. A force field appeared, “Oops did I mention that I can make force fields and do this” Zechs said, and melted. He moved so quick no one knew where he was and then Pedro started to shake. Bigddan didn’t know what was going on, but then saw the melted Zechs enter his ear. Pedro stopped shaking, and then wrapped himself around Bigddan. “Get off of me, Pedro” he said but Pedro was clearly under the control of Zechs. Bigddan had no choice but clapped his hands together and touched Pedro. There was a big shock and Pedro’s body fell to the floor. Zechs came out and was now solid again. “You think you can do anything against me?” he said and laughed, snapping his fingers. The ceiling broke and Gwen, Tim and Kury came down. “Once I kill you, I will make sure they make a movie about this hahahahaa” he said. “You cliché idiot” he said and then clapped his hands together, touching Gwen. She was conscience and no longer metal. She got up, not even asking questions and shot Starbolts at Zechs. Zechs however just blocked them. “And now the guest of honor” he said and Dalek appeared behind Bigddan. He seized him by the neck and gripped so hard he starting choking him. Gwen was left in a situation, where the others could die, or Bigddan could die. What was she going to do?

bigddan is in the house, and with cool alchemist powers to boot. Imagine that, I'm leading the resistance against the almighty Dalek. Great twists Zecs. I can't wait to see how the story goes on.

I do realize that you're the main leader, but I have to stay on your good side somehow and not bad mouth your evil character. It also makes sense that Dalek is probably planning on overthrowing yuo somehow. Sometimes the quiet follower is the most dangerous.

I like the fact that the main heroes don't appear in this chapter for the sole reason that it allows new characters to come in, and reminds me of The Thundercats comics in which evil won only to be overturned later by the return of the top heroes.

As for Duke returning, it was a nice twist.

I do realize that you're the main leader, but I have to stay on your good side somehow and not bad mouth your evil character. It also makes sense that Dalek is probably planning on overthrowing yuo somehow. Sometimes the quiet follower is the most dangerous.

I like the fact that the main heroes don't appear in this chapter for the sole reason that it allows new characters to come in, and reminds me of The Thundercats comics in which evil won only to be overturned later by the return of the top heroes.

As for Duke returning, it was a nice twist.
