Duel Masters "Go Towards the Light" Talkback (Spoilers)

Y'know, making a Talkback with not much inspiration is really hard.

Last time on Duel Masters:

"Shobu and Rekuta stopped in a 'Light Civilization Town' where they're hoping to gain access to a sacred area in order to master Light Civilization cards. But the town is full of Blockers and to get through, Shobu is going to have to defeat all 1,000 Duelists in the town! After many, many montages and bad jokes and puns later, Shobu claimed his 1,000th victory. But something even more sinister is in the works, which requires a cliffhanger!"

This week on Duel Masters:

"What is this sinister surprise? I'm going to guess that Shobu has to face the horror that is Bad Cartoon Land! First he has to defeat the main characters from Ghostbusters (The OTHER one), then Shobu must face off against the heroes from Stargate Infinity. Luckily, he has the entire Stargate fanbase to back him up. Then, Shobu gets help from 8 green machines to Duel the CBS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and then Shobu must face off against the most powerful Bad Cartoon Star ever: Gary Coleman!?"

new title card is shiny but shouldn't it air after the intro? Shobu beating 1000th duelist again was funny and hooray Rekuda blasted off again finally :anime: the animation looks really rough

They've been doing that since the start of Season 2.

I do like the "How'd you get in front of me?" joke. Though the "this show has a crappy budget" jokes are getting old.

Though Shobu, like any good male main character, adds another young girl to his harem.

And it's official, Bolmidius Steel Dragon joins Bolshack Dragon and Armored Blaster Valdios as Shobu's Trump Cards.

Where is Magma Rex? I liked magma rex.. he only used it in the last few "Hakuo saga" duels and never again.. Hey, I should be grateful that that little chick is a lot less lame than swordsman of landstar and Beaver warrior(both yugioh monsters). I like Bolmidius better than Bolshack, though, more reptillian.

I'd rather have the return of Gattling Skyterror. After the first few episodes it seems to disappear from Shobu's Deck.

Though the animation was off in some palces, it picked up at the end. Plenty of good jokes, and a good duel at the end...good episode. 9/10

ok the first half had rough animation but thats ok this was better then last weeks episode by far since they cut down on the 4th wall jokes and the mini-dules were cute
