Did you know that Sunmin's the one behind Pearl Jam's Do the Evolution video, as well as Captain Simian & The Space Monkeys?

OK, nothing fantastic for you, but just so you know....

PS: Check out the HipHop clip....

Of course my name's Rotwang. Why do you think I build a female android for?

Except Sunmin doesn't animate MEGAS XLR anymore. It's now done by Digital Emotion, the studio that animates The Venture Bros.

How many episodes have each studio done of Megas? Is it common for a show to be produced by multiple studios?
    I'm a slob--get over it.

Fear my ignorance--I am a TAO, number two.

I've seen Madhouse, Sunmin, Digital Emation and Sun Woo animate Megas so far. Madhouse did the pilot, Sunmin did season 1, and season 2 has been a mix.

Yes, it's common for a show to be done by multiple studios. Warner Bros. shows usually are.

Of course. JL is cycled between Dong Yang, DR Movie, and Dong Woo. Teen Titans cycles between Dong Woo and LOTTO (in the past they also used Koko I believe). Anime goes through dozens of studios sometimes (not that the studios all share equal amount of work).

G1 Transformers was famous for this. They went through Toei, Akom, and even had an episode done by TMS before they decided TMS was too expensive.

B:TAS, TNBA, S:TAS, and Batman Beyond had episodes done by Koko and TMS. Hell, they had about 3 different studios working on Return of the Joker, I believe.

Don't forget that B:TAS also had a number of episodes done by Sunrise (which is where they picked up the Noir-style used on Big O 1.)

The AS Originals are done in-house, right? OK, so there's not much TO animated, but still...
