I love the show, great story and characters. I love the somewhat cheesy dub, especially with the German Zeons! Is it just me or are the transitions from episode to episode a little abrupt?
Come on, anyone watching it? For those who DID manage to get through the first 2 episodes (which were as un-Gundam as you could get...also pretty slow-paced), what do you think now that most have them have aired?
Thoughts? Questions? Complaints?

Overall, the dub was good, except for one or two zeons. Bernie was excellent. Al was good. Chris was good, though she's the same actress as Faye Valentine.Originally posted by Vigo Sprax

Yeah, but that wasn't as noticable as the head of the Fed base being the same actor as Jet.

I think that little girl is Ed, as well...
Weird.......Or Al's daddy being Spike...
I thought the ending was rather sad though.

Geeze, I think the guy who does Spike's voice is a really good actor but hes in so many anime dubs its getting a tad annoying...

There's like 5 actors working for Animaze's Bandai divison...![]()
If you guys ARE interested, you should get the DVDs when they come out next year. Apparently, quite a bit of content and dialogue was altered, and scenes referring to death were often edited out. A cross representing a grave, for instance, was digitally covered up with a helmet (?). I also heard that some of the dialogue was quite painful compared to the original dub (which I have on VHS from two year ago).
Most people say that it was "horrendously" edited in comparison to 08th MS Team. Therefore, it's not as bad as, say, Cardcaptors or a network anime, but not as good as previous Gundams aired on CN.
Welcome to post 9/11.
I haven't seen the CN version myself, but it's time to get my friend to tape for me.
I figured it would be heavily edited seeing the kind of content. Do you know how the release is being handled? I wish they'd make a nice double disc set with some extras.
When does Stardust come out?
