thought id meantion this with AVP coming out. ever since i saw the first alien movie, ive always thought of frieza and the alien in it as being somewhat similar(besides color, eyes and teeth of course). what do u think?

Just take a look at Freeza's 3rd form. Obviously Akira Toriyama was a big fan of the film.

It was stated back in the freeza sega that his 3rd form was a joke from the movie aliens. And DBZ came out before pokemon.

I never really thought of the similarities before this thead, but yeah, I definitely see them now. In both cases, Frieza's 3rd form in comparison with Aliens.. and Mew Two in comparison with Frieza's final form.. Dang, there's a lot of influencing going on. :anime:

they do look similar although frieza is a loudmouth and the aliens were kinda stealthy killers.
