I believe there is already a thread like this but I can not find it so I am simply creating a new one.

What you do is create a Saturday Morning cartoon lineup of shows and cartoons you already have on DVD.

    6:00-Sonic The Hedgehog
    6:30-Super Mario Brothers Super Show
    7:00-Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends
    7:30-Roger Ramjet
    8:00-The Dick Tracy Show
    9:00-The Flinstones
    9:30-The Jetsons
    10:00-Woody Woodpecker
    10:30-Tom and Jerry
    11:00-The Huckleberry Hound Show
    11:30-Yogi Bear

I should really try this sometime but I dont think I could sit there for 6 whole hours

You can't possibly have all of those on DVD Pogo...

Some yes but not all of them as some don't even have a home video release, at least not in the US.

This is something I would do with my DVD collection at some point if I got sick of the current crop of Saturday morning cartoons, but I don't see that happening anytime soon as I feel Saturday mornings are fairly strong at the moment between cw4Kids and CN. I do usually put aside a few hours a week where I can watch some old cartoons on DVD, it's a nice little treat that clears my head of all the wrong in the world and allows me to relive some good memories.

How about this for a Saturday morning lineup, featuring primarily long-running animated series:

    8:00 a.m. - The Superfriends (1973-86)
    9:00 a.m - Scooby-Doo (1969-86)
    10:00 a.m. - The Smurfs (1981-90)
    11:00 a.m. - Alvin & the Chipmunks (1983-91)
    11:30 a.m. - Pink Panther (1969-79)
    12:00 p.m. - Fat Albert & the Cosby Kids (1972-85)
    12:30 p.m. - The Archies (1968-78)

    For Sunday morning

    8:00 a.m. - Underdog (1964-73)
    8:30 a.m. - Rocky & Bullwinkle (1959-73)
9:00 a.m. - Looney Tunes (various long runs)
    10:00 a.m. - Casper, the Friendly Ghost (1963-70)
    10:30 a.m. - Terrytoons' Mighty Mouse (1955-67)
    11:00 a.m. - Tarzan, Lord of the Jungle (1976-84)
    11:30 a.m. - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1988-97)

I know I'm talking retro scheduling, but it's still good, even though it's now a thing of the past.

I've done this for years. Ever since Toonami ended, I've made my own "My Toonami" line-up. I use my old VHS tapes and DVD's (Mostly anime). I run it every Monday-Friday with two shows. Every now and then if Miguzi had a decent show, I'd include that. Next month is as follows:

Week 1: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1980's)/Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo
Week 2: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1980's)/Monster Rancher
    Week 3: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1980's)/Cyborg 009 (2000's)
    Week 4: Monster Rancher/Cyborg 009 (2000's)
