    Part 3:

3)Clayface(Batman)[IMG]: Literally pipping the Joker by the smallest of margins, I found Clayfaces story to be ever so sad and almost as screwy as Lucys story. All thanks to an addiction to Renew-u(Which can remould you face to look young again, buts suffers extreme side effects). And what makes it sad is that hes an extremely famous movie star, Who played as a soldier, a gangster, a boxer and even a cowboy.

2)Char Aznable(MS Gundam)[IMG]: Ooh im sorry did i give Zechs the title of most iconically known pilot in the Gundam Universe? Well that now belongs to Char Aznable. Char basically remoulded the way we thought about villains forever. Char is utterly unique because like Darth Vader, he wars a mask. Unlike Vaders though its one of the coolest and sinister masks the world has ever seen. And once he pilots that Red Comet, your pretty much history because hes coupled with extremely quick reactions that gave even Amuro quite a tough challenge.

1)Cell(DBZ)[IMG]: Well, who else was i gonna place here? Cell is just basically god that rocks my villain world. Cell was originally created by Dr Gero to replace Android 17 and 18 who killed Gero. Unfortunaly, when he comes out of his Alien-esque pod, he relises that Trunks had killed the Androids. Fortunaly he finds a time capsule and travels back through time to when they were still alive. And what he does to both 17 and 18 is really, quite sadistic. I wont spoil it for you but like i say, it really is quite sadistic. And to make him even more fueled with awesome juice is that he beats the main antagonist of DBZ, Goku. Now anyone who can beat the hero of an TV Series is really, fueled by epic juice. But anyone who can beat Goku automatically qualifies as the best villain ever. Cell did just that & thats how he got here.

    7. Phaeton (ExoSquad)

Quite possibly the closest you will ever see to an animated Adolf Hitler. Phaeton not only left a body count, but on screen genocide of normal human beings. Intelligent, cold, ruthless, and, in the end, insane. Phaeton hits close to him in that, he may have been grown in a test tube by humans, but he embodies the worst traits of mankind. And he did it all on screen too.

    8. Megatron (Beast Wars)

Ah, yesss. A classic. The first, great character to be named Megatron. Unfortunately, there have only been two truly great Megatrons in the entire mythos (I'll get to the other one momentarily). This one was clever, crafty, manipulative, and slick. He accomplished more than his predecessor with a lot less. David Kaye just oozed evil in this role. Yesss.

    9. The Monarch (The Venture Bros)

If I can have only one comedic villain on my list, this is the one. The Monarch is every single supervillain cliche there is completely dissected and subverted to show us all just how sad and pathetic these people really are. I just love him.

    10. Tombstone (The Spectacular Spider-Man)

Possibly one of the best make-overs ever given to an established character. Weisman and his team did for Tombstone what Bruce Timm and Alan Burnett did for Mr. Freeze. Gone is the illiterate, petty thug. We get a true crime lord. What's more, unlike the Kingpin in the 90s cartoon, he's allowed to actually be a crime lord. He carries himself well, never speaks in a manner to implicate himself (really subtle for a kid's show). And he's just cool, and badass. Possibly Kevin Michael Richardson's best performance.

    11. Megatron (Transformers: Animated)

The only other Megatron worth writing about. As cunning and manipulative as his "Beast Wars" counterpart, and much better Decepticon warlord than G1 Megatron. This is the Megatron that should be the namesake of "Beast Wars" Megatron. Cruel, calculating, always has a plan, and knows how to roll with the punches. And, unlike some other Megatrons, this one does not suffer traitors. At all. Yes, I did approve of his zero tolerance for Starscream policy. Corey Burton was chilling.

    12. Ra's al Ghul (DCAU)

If the Joker is Batman's greatest local threat, Ra's al Ghul is the threat that forces Batman to step onto a much larger stage. The tragedy here being that these two want the same thing, to bring about order and protect the world. Ra's al Ghul just seeks to do so by any means necessary, and will kill millions to do it. Another tragedy being that he could easily have become another father figure to Batman were he a decent person. David Warner was perfect.

    Nice list Greg!

Anyway heres my list of villains that deserves a mention:

Frieza[IMG]: Seriously how do you go wrong with Frieza? Hes an absolutely heartless and extremely calculating killer who commited genocide on the on alien race and founded the Dragonballs and wished for Immortality. Then he kills EVERY single character except for Goku. Even Vegeta couldnt beat him. Now if that doesnt get a mention i dont know what will.

Him[IMG]: I never really liked the PPG's but i really have to admit, Him always left a marked on wherever he appeared. And like Frieza, hes a calculating and ruthless villain that doesnt make a mistake. Especially the Speed Demon episode since he technically won.

Unicron[IMG]: Possible winner for outright creepiest robot ever existed, Unicron is a very power-hungry robot that transforms into a planet(that looks like it could take out the Death Star). On top of that Orson Welles plays him to errie perfection. So if you havent seen Transformers the Movie, might I suggest you do so?

My favorite villains have more or less always been of the comedy show variety and it should surprise no one that many of my choices are from Darkwing Duck.

Gotta love Negaduck. Evil just for the sake of being evil. One of the few comedic Disney villains who got away with running around with chainsaws and bazookas. Just a really great character. With Negaduck around, episodes were always a good time.

Megavolt wasn't very smart, and he teamed up with Darkwing more times that was necessary. But he was still a really cool character with a great power. Just a really iconic Darkwing villain.

Quackerjack is another favorite. Great design, great voice and just a complete lunatic.

Barks fans may hate me for this, but I loved the animated versions of the Beagle Boys from Ducktales. Maybe it's just nostalgia. And ya gotta love June Foray as Ma Beagle.

Plankton rules. Mr. Lawrence brings this guy to life so well and some of the very best episodes of the series are Plankton episodes. I agree that they use him too often nowadays though.

Lets admit it right here and right now. Krang was the best dang thing about the '80s Ninja Turtle show. Period. I don't care that him and Shredder acted like an old married couple. He was just great. He needs to come back full time.

    I can't believe a whole thread's gone by without a mention of

    V.V. Agost.

Creepy, yet strangely charming, with a host of oddball allies and a cloakfull of nasty tricks... and he wins more often than not. Even when he LOSES.

    I have a few

    1. Vlad-Danny Phantom. I just love his villainess charm and how he's half ghost, half human like Danny. He's also funny.

    2. Sideshow Bob-The Simpsons. He's like Vlad, cunning, evil I love that evil laugh of his and how he wants to kill Bart each time. He's just such a crazy funny evil guy LOL.

    3. NegaDuck-Darkwing Duck. This guy is great, he's good for defeating Darkwing Duck. He's got an evil sense of humor which I loved about him. I also love the way he thinks, its funny. Prob one of the first villains I've liked.

    4. Dr.Drakken-Kim possible. This guy is another funny villain I grew to love. See I like villains who have a side of humor but can still be evil. This guy topped them all. He'd be number 1 really but for some reason I didn't think of list orders here meh. Another thing I love is how he and Ron are a like, makes me laugh a lot LOL.

    5. Monkey Fist-Kim Possible. Now this guy is another Kim Possible favorite villain of mine. I love that he's Rons arch foe, who happens to be my favorite character. I love his monkey kung-fu powers so cool.

    6. Shego-Kim Possible. Only good image I could find of Shego. Any ways I love how sarcastic she is, her powers are awesome. I love her relationship with Drakken, the humor between them is funny.

    7. Mojo-PowerPuff Girls. The best villain on the Powerfuff Girls. He knows what to do and comes up with the best speeches when being defeated by the girls :p

MegaVolt-Darkwing Duck. This is another DarkWing Duck villain I love, he's a big softy deep down but can still make you laugh.

I'm not that great and thinking up reasons why I love these villains sorry. Just not great with that, but I mainly love funny villains. Dark villains can be cool but funny villains are the best to me.

Don't feel like making up a whole list (Joker, Phaeton, Ra's al Ghul would all be on there), but my favorite has always been:

Destro. He not only looked cool, but he was the real brains behind Cobra (always willing to call out Cobra Commander's idiocy) and had a flirtatious relationship with Baroness. ;) Plus, he was intimidating. When he declares "I shall execute your leaders one at a time" in The MASS Device, you believe that he actually will. And he was willing to go that extra mile. He not only tried to eradicate New York City, but the entire world as well by pointing the MASS Device at the Earth's core. :D

I'm a weird guy, so prepare yourselves.

    That said, my favorite villains:

    ==Regular 'toons==

Batman: TAS: The Mad Hatter. Okay, seriously, tell me that guy isn't creepy. Also, ever read Arkham Asylum: A Serious House?

X-Men: Mister Sinister. Seriously, I get giddy every time I see him on the 90's X-Men cartoon.

Sideshow Bob: Seriously, who DOESN'T love this guy?

Magneto: Even with the tradition of turning him over to Xavier's side which has been present in every X-Men 'toon thus far, I still like 'em.

    ==Anime==

Hard to say who the real villain of Death Note is, so for y'all who consider it L: I love him (no, not that kind of love!).

With Digimon 02, I was really fond of Ken when he was the Digimon Kaiser, to the point I think the series could have ended with his defeat - even though I still don't see how he can't have the thought that maybe what he's doing isn't a game.

...I also find the Akatsuki infinitely more interesting than most of Naruto's "protagonist" characters. So much so, in fact, that I get increasingly pissed with each member's death, and will truly flip when he kills Kisame.

    Oh, where to begin ...

Megatron (Original G1 and Beast Wars) and Starscream
    V.V. Argost
    Vlad Plasmius
    The Baroness (G.I. Joe)

When it comes to Western animation then I would have to say Mum-Ra mainly for his awesome design, same goes with Shredder, both villains had a great look to them. As of the past couple of years I would say either Vilgax or Argost would be high on my list of favorites, both are cunning and very driven by their goals. I like that in a villain.

Magica De Spell, The Beagle Boys (Ducktales) Magica is awesome with a capital A, her laugh and everything else about her is wonderful. The Beagle Boys (and "Ma") are just fun.

    Shego, Drakken (Kim Possible)

    The Diamond Princess (Rainbow Brite)
I'm not sure what her actual name is, but I love her! The way she sits on her throne, stroking her pet diamond. She's super spoiled and vain.

Team Rocket (Pokemon) And I'm talking Jessie and James, not the organization itself. They aren't TRULY villains but they're not exactly pure-hearted goodie-goodies, either.

Ring Ring (Pucca) I love her "I'm the prettiest girl in all of Korea, if not the world" attitude, and when she goes into "super saiyan" mode where she sings and her hair goes wild.

I have a huge list of villains I like. But here just some of my favorites:

    Hellmaster Phibrizzo (Slayers NEXT)
Don't let his cute appearance fool you. He's actually a demon that seeks destruction. And he is manipulative as he is powerful. Throughout Slayers NEXT, almost everything that Lina and the gang has done(Which involves fighting another demon named Garv and having Lina learn Giga Slave, a powerful spell that could destroy the world if miscast) was all part of his ultimate plan to destroy the world.

    Dark Danny (Danny Phantom)
This villain is so cool. Powerful and destructive. He was willing to kill his own friends and family(Plus his teacher) in order to safeguard his existence. Isn't it weird that he became this way all because he cheated on a test.

    Zim (Invader Zim)
I just love Zim. He seeks to prove himself worthy as an invader though his own race doesn't want him around. And somehow he manages to blend in with the human race only because the majority is stupid. :p And I'll never get tired of his phase "I AM ZIM!"

    Justice Lords (Justice League)
Sure they started out good but when one of their members got killed, they decided to take over the world in order to created a perfect crime-free, peaceful world.

    Where is the love for....

    The Koopa Kids

they are the TRUE heroes of the Super Mario 3 cartoon and game.

    Dr Robotnik

There hasn't been or will ever be another scary deep voiced enemy like Robotnik ever again. This dude just oozed evil. He roboticized people just to get his jones going. This guy burned an entire planet just to get a laugh. He was just evil.

    Sideshow Bob

This guy is evil but has ONE flaw. He can't kill a spiky haired little boy and his starfished haired sister. I think he is just testing them.

I always wondered about Morton Koopa Jr. If these are Bowser's kids, does that mean his name is Morton?

    Either it's Bowser's dad's name, or it's their mother's name.

Who is their mother? Princess Toadstool, of course. There's a reason she was constantly being kidnapped for long periods of time by Bowser
