Queen Bee returning is obligatory, I would think. The Light were "broken in half", not destroyed. Savage + Klarion + Luthor + Bee is still quite a combination, and we can't rule out that they'll replace their missing members.

I wonder if the rest of the Light was privy to the dealings with Apokolips or if it's just Savage and Klarion.

I'm not sure how Luthor would feel about that.

I'll be keeping an eye on social media users saying they'll be attending the panel. Seems that hearsay will be the only way we'll get the info relayed

I imagine the show is popular enough for news sites to cover the Comic-Con panel. I suppose any announcement, no matter how small it is, will be discussed for days. :p

I would eat a shoe if the Light is ever fully defeated.

I believe Savage and Luthor are on the same page about what the future for Earth and humanity should be, at the least. The Light are all about leveraging anything and anyone in the service of a good plan. I can see a plausible future where Savage finally creates a problem too big for him to manage though, in contrast to The Reach. It goes without saying, I'm sure, that Darkseid isn't helping out Savage out of a particular fondness for upstarts (Savage may be old, but also perhaps a frog in the well from his PoV).

I mean, in season 2 Aqualad plays the conspiracy. If he can do it, does Savage really know everything Darkseid is thinking of? Really? Has that unsettling thought occurred to him? Or is he too busy basking in a successful plan again?

I could at least live with Luthor and Queen Bee getting taken down a peg like Savage was in season 2.

Probably not much that can really be done about Klarion at this point.
I don't know how much of Apokolips we'll get into this season or if Weisman and co. are still planning the long game with it, but I imagine we're due seeing Savage's dealings with Darkseid backfire in his face at some point.

Yeah, I don't know about season 3. But Savage is totally playing with fire, which is maybe the #1 reason The Light needs to lose (sorry, should I say "suffer setbacks"?). Evil for seemingly good intentions that will backfire if they ever really completely happened.

The way I see it as, no major antagonist in a Greg Weisman show ever gets full comeuppance without some consequences for the protagonists.
If The Light is ever defeated for good, the heroes will have to a suffer a huge loss.

You're probably safe but all the same, I think we should try to remember that you posted that, just in case... ;)

Britt Baron let it slip in this interview (at around 8:55) that she's about to record for this show.

She's collaborated with Weisman before (going by Brittany Uomoleale) as the protagonist of the audiobook version of Rain of the Ghosts, Rain Cacique.

How about somebody from the JSA's sandbox - like Per Degaton?

My WOT add-on doesn't like the site. What day was it posted and do you see any alternate sites for the interview?

The only tweet about the interview from their feed is dated to July 7th (yesterday) and it looks like they're exclusive to that site now, so there's no alternative. Sorry.

I can't imagine Britt playing anyone except a team member, she's quite young and has a very youthful voice.

I had no idea who Britt was before this. She is very very pretty.

This is from a month ago, but I don't think it was posted here. Diana Ling announced she's started working as a storyboard revisionist for Season 3 of Young Justice.

I gotta say, if five episodes have been recorded, and more storyboard artists/actors are being brought on, I'm pretty confident for a decent episode count

More storyboard artists don't mean much when a single episode of an American cartoon can use five or six.

One order of zapatos con questo coming up!

Of course, it really depends on how one defines "The Light", which basically seems to be Vandal Savage and his amazing band of minions....
