Since "Misplaced" looks to be a magic based episode, I'm going to assume that Nabu will finally get his host.

Why? Action cartoons have been airing on Saturday mornings and weekday afternoons tons of time in the past, and probably still do.

Well, if you know who the second wielder of Dr. Fate's power was, the episode's synopsis hints at him reappearing.

Yeah, toyetic anime shows, not something dark like Young Justice. At least I can kinda imagine Green Lantern: TAS being on saturday mornings though.

I get what you mean, and I kinda had the same concerns too, but then I remembered that season 1 is done production, and season 2 is well into production, so I doubt there's gonna be much changes when it comes to the themes explored and the overall tone of the show.

I thought the sole thing that controlled what can or can't be in a show is its rating, not its time. And don't most of the Friday evening action shows show reruns on Saturday mornings anyway?

Just to note, Cartoon Network has "Misplaced" rated as TV-PG-V. Same with Green Lantern: The Animated Series.

Eh, I'm not totally thrilled about this, but at least both shows are coming back shortly.

I think eric strauss might be making an appearance on Misplaced and I think the following might be the five sorcerers:

    Felix Faust
    Abra Kadabra
    Circe
    Morgaine la Fay
    Jinx
    Klarion the Witch Boy

Abra Kadabra isn't really a sorcerer.

Even when I was a kid, the only reason I watched cartoons on Saturday morning was because that's when the new cartoons were on.

Even though the pilot was just as dark as Young Justice is for the most part. Really nothing about the Green lantern show has shown it being any lighter then young justice.

Anyway toyetic shows might be what dominates Saturday Mornings now but plenty of darker animated shows aired on Saturday Mornings, Batman TAS and Superman TAS, X-men the animated series, Gargoyles (Yeah TGC but as bad as it was was still "dark" at times) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003, Spectacular Spider-man and more.

If anything i think this is the step in the right direction for a Saturday morning block for Cartoon Network. and besides we know these two shows will be marketed differently from the rest of the Saturday morning block since it will have the DC Nation brand.

Well Hopefully Z and Billy make a major difference because last time this team got crushed by one magic user. The only one who actually put up a fight was Aqualad. The rest got dropped easily. And even with that I don't seem them winning if they have to fight 5 of the Top Magic Users at the same time. 1 vs the Whole Team sure but 5 no.
