That last trailer was epic (the Imagine Dragons song helped), and yeah, it's good they resisted the temptation to show off the villain.

I've been feeling like this would be a solid DC movie. It looks like it will be the first positively received DC movie since The Dark Knight Rises!

I would hope that Wonder Woman will be better received than The Dark Knight Rises which I found to be a bit of a mixed bag and the weakest entry in Nolan's trilogy.

Yeah, I've heard that a bit but I think all three Dark Knight movies were great. The Dark Knight Rises definitely has gotten a less divisive response than any DC movie that's come after, though it did receive some more complaints than the first two.

Either way, I just want another well-received DC movie and Wonder Woman looks like it will be just that. :)

It's really good to hear that people are enjoying Wonder Woman. The trailers have been really great, and it's also a very cool thing to have a female-led CBM get so much praise.

True, plus it depends on what the ending is. It's supposedly Diana thinking back to WWI. If true, it'll just return to her in the present whether that's during BvS or post-BvS and seed a little of the future movies so perhaps a teaser won't be needed.

I don't remember if it was or not. They could just go back to that scene he emailed the photo to her.

Good. One less way for them to somehow put BATMAN in this movie.

The fact that they pushed up the review embargo to Monday and the incredible response from all the fan screenings has me really optimistic for this movie. I already have my tickets for Thursday and I can't wait to see this movie. I love that it could be Wonder Woman that steadies or corrects the DCEU

Do you mean the screening? Or the 'special little snowflake' responses from man-children? I love that the chain's reaction to the trolling was to add even more special screenings. :p

Smart move. Better to encourage large groups of women to see the film together than rely on women to see it on date night or with their kids. It's also a sly way to attract lesbian audiences in a friendly environment.

I'm still not sure if it's a good idea. The Alamo Drafthouse company is getting a LOT of very negative feedback over this publicity stunt--especially when "unofficial" reviewers have said the movie has very strong appeal across gender demographic lines anyway.

I expect the film to do very well anyway, mostly because it avoided the dark and dreary feel that permeated Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. I wouldn't be surprised if the film does over $140 million its first weekend and will have "legs" (pun kind of intended here!) that could result in US box office first run revenue of US$375 million or more, which may result in greenlighting a second movie at minimum.

Well, honestly as a male who grew up with comicbooks, I want to see women embrace this character. I mean it's weird that the only mainline (meaning Marvel and DC) superheroine was a "villainess". Yeah, I grew up watching Linda Carter's Wonder Woman, but it's been 40 years. No movie? No follow up revised series? Superman has had two or three since then. Yeah, I know about the rights issues, but c'mon.
