If I'm not mistaken, the complete series of Samurai Jack has already been released, but a Dexter set would be nice.

Well, yes. But a complete series box set instead of the individual seasons.

I vaguely remember liking the Tazmanian Devil series a lot. I don't think there was or ever will be a DVD set of that series since I don't think it was that popular.

Everything from Rankin-Bass before 1974 is owned by Classic Media. All the pre-1974 films are owned by Studio Canal. Everything from 1974 to the present, with the exception of Santa Baby and The Last Unicorn, is owned by Warner Bros. Entertainment.

TigerSharks is owned by Warner Bros. Don't really want that on DVD right now.

I'd really like to see them bring out Histeria! Taz-Mania, Yogi's Treasure Hunt, The Snorks,The Completely Mental Misadventures of Ed Grimley Centurions, and The Pirates of Dark Water.

Dth is probably referring to how Ted Turner himself is no longer with Time-Warner (he stepped down from Time Warner in 2006). Not that a name change would lead to any profound changes within the company or anything...Ted wielded next to no power by the time he left TW.

    Ah.

I was actually unaware of his departure, but like they say, live and learn, I guess.

I would like to see the TV series of Earthworm Jim make it to DVD someday. Along with a few commentaries from Doug and some concept artwork and model sheets of the characters.

I gotta say, Wakko's Wish needs a DVD release. As far as I can tell, it was released once, the first time, on VHS, and then never heard from again. In fact, even when it was on Video it was fairly rare. My dad tried to find it for Christmas for me once, and the only place he could find it was a King Soopers video rental, where he effectively stole it for me by never returning it. More people need to see this movie. It's not quite as good as the show, but it has its charms.

It is for sale on Amazon as a digital download, which gives me hope, since if it's been digitized, then it may someday find its way to DVD.

At the very least, it could end up as one of those made to order DVDs. I really expect most if not all of these softer selling properties (which likely includes Zeta) to end up on there.

It's about freakin' time they did that! Of course, they're still trying to charge way too much for each one, so they still haven't really learned their lesson, but at least it's a start.
