What is the defining Spider-Man show? - The Marvel Animation Forum [Poll]

    Spectacular, there is no contest. The only show that was committed to fleshing out the entire roster of Spider-Man characters, from villains to friends to love interests. If the show wasn't unceremoniously canceled after 2 seasons they would have covered even more ground than they did already.

    And despite some flack the show gets for the character designs, the animation was just beautiful. No other show has managed to really capture Spider-Man in motion.

    True, though at least they had Glory doing Betty's job at the Bugle and had Felicia and MJ filling out Gwens' role pretty well in their own ways :).

    I disagree the supporting cast of the 90's one had the personality of a tuna can the poor voice acting didn't help.

    Really? I thought the show had tons of memorable performances, from Barnes as Spider-Man, Neil Ross as Norman Osborn, Sara Ballantine as Mary Jane, and Ed Asner as Jonah, and they all had their fare share of personality that reflected their comic characters :).
