My brother and I watched Scrooged last night. My favorite non-traditional adaptations of A Christmas Carol.

It's been a few years since I last watched Mulan, but I don't remember there being much in the way of references in it.

It wasn't much, but Eddie Murphy made some throughout Mulan. None of the following films in my opinion had as much parental bonus as Aladdin.

I'm watching my favorite holiday special, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the animated one. I always loved this special as a kid, and it still holds up pretty well today. It also has a pretty good message in it.

Oh yeah! How the Grinch Stole Christmas remains my all-time favorite Christmas TV special. Heck, I've even been known to watch it during the rest of the year, but I usually give it at least a few viewings throughout the Christmas season.

Finally got caught up with Sym-Bionic Titan. Great stuff, and I can't wait for new episodes.

Finished another Christmas movie earlier: Lethal Weapon. :D

Now I'm about to pour myself a glass of egg nog and watch A Christmas Carol with George C. Scott, my favorite adaptation of the story.

Well, currently I am working my way through the 66 Hopalong Cassidy movies, and enjoying them all. For those interested check out Forty Thieves, it's easily one of the best of the series so far.

Aaaaand completely caught up with Supernatural, all 115 episodes, in 10 days. Yeah, just a slight addiction  And of course new episodes don't start back up until January 28th *grumble*

I watched "Wakko's Wish" earlier today when I had the opportunity to finally record the movie on videotape. I was afraid the Cartoon Network would constantly display graphics promoting other programs during the movie, but it happened only once between the kicking of King Salazar and the three dogs (whom he called "puppies") attacking him off screen.

Earlier I watched "Aladdin" on the same videotape before recording over it with "Wakko's Wish", since the recording was from its presentation by the ABC Family Channel with numerous graphics displayed on screen. I had seen the movie in its entirety on videotape a few weeks ago after having watched only the first few minutes back in a public middle school until the end of the class period. I intend to purchase a video copy of "Aladdin" someday.

In light of The Last Unicorn being announced on blu-ray not too long ago, I broke out the VHS of it for the first time in too long to remember. It was like watching it for the first time, and I rather enjoyed it. I'm certainly anticipating the new release more than ever now. I didn't even realize how quotable it was.

Just been messing around, so I've left the TV on TNT all evening for back-to-back airings of The Wizard of Oz. It's a movie I never get tired of watching.

Watched Miracle on 34th Street last night on cable for the first time ever, and was rather disappointed when I discovered it didn't come anywhere near the reputation it's garnered. Although I did enjoy the performances of Edmund Gwenn and young Natalie Wood.

Watching The Out-of-Towners (1970). It's more or less background noise since I'm reviewing notes for finals at the same time.

Niel Simon movies are so quotable.

Right now I'm watching The Iron Giant, and I think this is my first time seeing it in it's original theatrical aspect ratio since I, well, saw it in theaters.

I'm watching Toy Story 3 right now.

Is it just me, or is that monkey freaky or what? It's easily the scariest character I've ever seen in a Pixar movie.
