Manga spree. I've begun reading 07-Ghost, Black Bird, and Dengeki Daisy. Black Bird can be...unpleasant, but I'm enjoying Ghost and Daisy.

I just finished Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson which was spectacular. Sanderson has quickly become my favorite author. Next I'm going to read Warbreaker by him.

Okay, so 07-Ghost has been hard to read. Confusing, is what it is.

I'm listening to the new Veronica Mars book, The Thousand Dollar Tan Line, narrated by Veronica Mars herself, Kristen Bell.

After finally abandoning The Daughter of Smoke and Bone, I finished The Hobbit, which is the 10th of my goal of 48 books for the year. I'm super behind.

I read the first Sword Art Online light novel. Its interesting reading it after seeing the anime. Man, the anime had a lot of "filler" compared to the novel.

The novel does fill up some stuff that the anime never got to explain.

13/48: Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. About as cliched a teenage romance as they come. Nothing particularly offensive about it, but nothing original or particularly interesting either.

The second Pretender novel, Saving Luke, came out recently, so I just started in on that last night. I find it kind of annoying how short the chapters are. So far, the average length is about four pages. It makes the pacing feel a little odd, because a single scene will be split into 4-5 chapters when they don't really need to be. But so far it's off to a nice start.

14/48: My Salinger Year by Joanna Rakoff. I don't read a lot of memoirs, but I enjoyed this one quite a bit.
