Still Unbroken, by Lynyrd Skynyrd. That song sounds really awesome when played in my car... I'd definately be voting that song to be a 9 out of 10 on the Jam-o-Meter.

Listening to MGMT's new album "Congratulations" off their official website. Really good, classic-rock sounding stuff.

Can't wait for the album's actual release tomorrow.

    "Silent Cruising" - Two-Mix
-IMO, it's one of their best songs not connected to an anime

    Halestorm self-titled.

This album is good. I'm always for female lead singers in rock bands (like Paramore, Evanescence, Flyleaf, ect.) because of the tenacity of their voice. It's an overall great album, but only a few songs stand out at the moment.

... One of my friends listened to this album the other day and had this to offer: "Lzzy's comfortable singing voice sounds like Kelly Clarkson."

Coheed And Cambria's Year Of The Black Rainbow. I've had it since it came out, and I'm pretty disappointed in it. Only two of the songs are really that memorable, and the last song would have been better if they didn't keep singing the same two sentences over and over. Oh well.

    Andrew WK - Dr. Dumont

I'm starting to wonder if I think Close Calls With Brick Walls is his best album. I'm not 100% sure, but it is awesome.

You're the second person to say that. I heard that the album is really dark... like over the top. I wanted to at least listen to their new album. Though I can't say I'm a huge C&C fan, it looks like that won't change with this new album.

Come Clean by Puddle of Mudd. I still this Puddle of Mudd and Creed go had in hand. Don't get me wrong, I like both of them, and this particular album is very solid.

I'm also listening to "I Will Follow You Into the Dark" by Death Cab For Cutie, "Snow (Hey-Oh)" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and "Bat Country" by Avenged Sevenfold because I printed off the tab from Guitar Edge for me to play (or at least dream to play :p).

    Finger Eleven - One Thing.

F11 is one of my favorite bands and imo underrated. I can't wait until they release their next album, hopefully it won't be much longer because it's been over 3 years since they released their last album.

You might like it. I know of plenty of people who do. I just think the production's a bit off, and the first half of the album has none of the interesting hooks I like them for. It's just "here'sasongnextsongthirdsong". There's no breathing room except for "Far", and that song is terribly boring.
There are a few tracks off of the second half that I thought were quite good.

I bought a ton of albums a few days back (they were on sale, they had rarities, I took advantage), and I've been going through those. I never knew that Fleetwood Mac were the ones that wrote "Black Magic Woman", and it's certainly interesting to here.

I'm in a little bit of a Boom Boom Staellites mood. Today, I listened to single/mini-album Back On My Feet - which the title track served as the TV OP to Xam'd Lost Memories. After that, I went into EXPOSED, their 2007 album. They're my second favorite Japanese act behind m.o.v.e and slightly ahead of female J-rock band FLiP - my recent favorite act.

EDIT: "Under Ice" - Stark Effect

"Great DJ" - The Ting Tings (favorite song from them)

"All I Want" - The Offspring
