It does. It features the same type of jokes and humor but the comic is more focused on Spider-Man it seems. The first issue was good. The leads story was good but the second story by Dan Slott and Ty Templeton was great! The second story had SHIELD give Spider-Man an android double to help ease the burden of his double life and as you can imagine things go wrong! It was great seeing Ty Templeton's artwork again. He put up a preview page: http://tytempletonart.wordpress.com...ics-all-ages-spidey-all-ages-simpsons-comics/

Seeing as I'm the only one who collect these comics, I'll post my review of the issue once I obtain a copy.

Wow. Dr. Bong and the Big Wheel?

    GAAAAAAAAH

This issue was HORRIBLE! I don't know WHAT they were thinking.

Okay, maybe not the first story. The ending was nice. And we saw Power Man.

But what was with that second story? A GHOST living in Peter's locker? What's worse, he's helping students by the end.

And the Marvel Mash-Ups are just killing me inside. They're completely insulting to Jack Kirby.

Was the "GAAAAAH" really necessary?

I personally found the issue to be enjoyable (even if I did find the first story to be a little hokey). I didn't expect any more from it.

I was originally planning on buying a copy of this, but I instead decided to purchase the variant cover tradeback collection for the first My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic issue before it was gone.

    27 dollars well spent.

The second story sounds more like one of those old Hostess Ads!
