Patty Mayonnaise (Doug) - Though she wears a skirt (and a polka dot shirt at that) she's very into sports and was raised by her dad. From what I can remember she didn't do too many girly things? Save for the sleepover episode.

Irma was crushing on Andrew Hornby for pretty much the entire second season. The only thing she didn't do was change her body to be more "mature" to get his attention like in the comic (though Cornelia did do that to get Peter's attention in the show)

Trixie from Fairly Odd Parents is a tomboy (see the episode: The Boy Who Whould Be Queen)

Lola Bunny is a tomboy, even as a baby.

Mainly because the majority of the princes at her school border on being almost ridiculously effeminete (Mikage Souji especially.)

Toph from Avatar is probably the most obvious one that comes to mind, and I'd also have to say Azula from the Zuko Alone flashback.

Molly from Oban is another obvious one, even Don Wei (her own dad for Pete's sake!) mistakes her for a boy at the start.

Other ones that come to mind would be:

Sakura and Ino (Rival ninja chicks from Naruto, at least Shonen Jump apparently labled them tomboys in December 2005 issue)

Nami (from One Piece, or at least when compared to much more feminine characters like Nico Robin)

Videl (Gohan's girlfriend from DBZ) and Pan (her daughter from DBGT)

Misty (Pokemon, even moreso in the comics than the show)

Terra (Teen Titans, ironically with the same powers as Toph from Avatar!)

Will (W.I.T.C.H, I recall even a Disney channel commercial called her one)

    Rika (Of Digimon Tamers fame)

Seras Victoria (Female vampire policegirl on Hellsing)

And (though I dislike these characters mainly due to the voice): Buttercup (PPG) and Spinelli (Recess)

And then there's sometimes a character that it's hard to tell whether they fit the category or not, such as Asuka Soryu (Evangelion) who sometimes acts like a tomboy but sometimes doesn't. I'd just personally say that she's a schizophrenic in that sense, she's certaintly mentally warped enough to be. :p

Um, no she's really not (though she did try to be one in that episode with Drakken and Motor Ed teaming up.)

...uh, what kind of horrible character type is she?

And let's not forget Rainbow Dash, and to a lesser extent, Applejack.
