I got a 2nd replacement disc today. The episode did not cut to Toon TV.
Cool, it sounds like they finally got the idea of what was wrong. So, what steps does one have to take to get the correct disc (proper mailing address; paperwork needed, if any)?

I too want to know this because I still haven't received an email telling me about my 2nd replacement disc. Are they even bothering to email us at all?
I contacted WHV via the form at Warner Bros. Online: Customer Service .
I was then contacted by a very friendly member of the WHV staff, whom I tried to stay in constant contact with. I, too, received my replacement replacement disc today, with "Weekday Afternoon Live" intact.
I contacted them HERE for my first disc. I'll try there now, thanks.
EDIT: Emailed Sherri Bogard personally, got a reply almost instantly. My disc should be being sent out today or tomorrow.
EDIT 2: It's on its way. Tracking the delivery, it's in the UK already. That was fast WHV must want this fiasco over and done with ASAP. I do hope someone is fired because of all this.
EDIT 3: It has arrived and it works perfectly.
I found this out today via an Amazon review. Very good news indeed! I contacted customer service and gave them my address.. EDIT 7/30: I had to send them another e-mail. I don't think they got my first one.
Try emailing Sherri.Bogard@warnerbros.com, she replies quickly and is very helpful.
Maybe I will wait months from now until the The Hub airs the TTA episodes "Toon TV" and "Weekday Afternoon Live".

Just got my own response from her and my disc should be dispatching soon! Nice to see WHV being so quick in correcting this issue.

Glad to see this issue resolved so well with vol. 4.
I'm one of those that held off on buying TTA vol. 4 after I read of the video mastering issue on disk 2. I'm just wondering if all copies of vol 4 prior to the disk 2 fix have been reclaimed, otherwise anyone else would have to do the same with sending in for a replacement disk.
(perhaps I really should contact WHV, maybe buy directly from WHV too)
Got the corrected disc today. Thanks, Sherri! Maybe it's just my imagination, but the video quality on the corrected version of the episode is an improvement over the faulty one. So that's a double bonus!

Got my replacement disc today, Weekday Afternoon Live is error free!!!!

Now, what to do with the faulty disc? Throw it out perhaps?
There will be more faulty discs floating around than corrected ones, so the mistake won't be worth anything. Go ahead and chuck it. But first, check all the episodes on the new disc. If a pressing error garbled a scene or two, you'd want to hold onto another copy.
I now have two of the faulty discs. Could make for some interesting conversation-starting coffee table coasters I guess...

Hear hear! I have 2 as well. Did anyone else get there's delivered in those******y little plastic cases fastened with cellotape?
What would be the best place to purchase this set at this point?
