It's nice to see Valkyrie's outfit references the classic outfit from the comics. As for Hulk speaking, I'm very glad he's speaking full sentences. He only spoke a few lines in The Incredible Hulk, one line in the Avengers, and then he just stopped talking, which was disappointing. At least, he said "Hulk Smash!" in The Incredible Hulk.

It's also so cool to see Hela's headpiece, Executioner, Fenris Wolf and Surtur on the big-screen!

That's an interesting development. Now the question is who is Sam Neill playing? Mephisto?

I hope Marvel Studios doesn't adapt One More Day for a future Spider-Man film.

I want to say this sounds pretty awesome, but I'm also getting bad Parallax flashbacks .

Though this would make the second flaming Marvel character he's voiced...he's also voiced Odin before, so that's kind of funny :p.

I love Clancy Brown (he'll always be DCAU Lex Luthor to me), and I was worried that they would make Surtur a mindless monster, so this is good news for me.

    Description of Ragnarok footage.
And Grandmaster's tower in the trailer had busts of Beta Ray Bill, Ares, Man-Thing, and Bi-Beast apparanetly.

That shot of Hulk and Surtur plus the Brown news; should be as cool as Dormammu and Strange.

EDIT: Urban revealed Skurge is the new guardian of Bifrost after Heimdall went MIA, Skurge sees the writing on the wall after Hela arrives and joins her out of self-preservation, and he has the battle axe from the comics.

Recording of Ragnarok portion of panel

Also assorted Q&A at the bottom of page.

Interestingly, while Infinity War may be the longest MCU film, Ragnarok may be the shortest.

The trailer had a lot going on, so hopefully nothing feels rushed or crammed...

That's extremely short. That's less than Disney's recent animated features.

I have a feeling the reason why is because there likely isn't going to be a huge amount of downtime in this film. I mean the only reason Thor was so long was because there was like 20 minutes of him and Jane's team interacting in the desert or him moping about not having his powers. Heck even the Dark World took time out to have Frigga have a big dramatic death scene and a lot of time of Loki in jail, or Thor arguing about what to do with Odin. I don't think this film is going to really have any of that which hey is fine if paced properly and still feels like we got a satisfying story that wasn't rushed the entire time.

I don't think it's confirmed that Ragnarok will have the shortest run time and actually both Thor and The Dark World have a run time that is under two hours. I'd like to see the film to have around a 130-140 minute run time.

8/11: I feel like Loki's that kind guy you want to pull a knife on. Just to be on the safe side.

8/15: A couple more stills released.

"Mighty Thor: Battle Royale." I almost wish that was the US official title :p.

Stephen sounds very Dr. Strange-like with his warning to Thor. Sounds like he's finally setting into this new identity ;).

Thor's new "team" feels like they're trying to build Thor a new version of the Warriors Three (plus Sif) given how much the actual versions screentime has diminished in these movies .

I mean, we've got Hulk as Volstagg, Loki is Fandral, and I guess Valkyrie can be a dual Sif/Hogun...
