Wonder Woman just past Captain America: Civil War and is about to past Iron Man 3 in the Box Office.

I'm not happy about Wonder Woman pasting thoses two movies at the Box Office because I have hear this idiot on Facebook brag about it, I wish this one time that the DCEU don't make money more then MCU from here on out.

It was a great summer, overshadowed by the horrible thing we call August
EDIT: DM3 has already passed DM2, and might make a billion, considering it's at 975.4 million.

What's wrong with Wonder Woman overtaking those two films at the box office? You really don't want a DCEU film to make more money than a MCU film? Oh, come on.
Well, there has been films that were released during August and did well at the box office. GOTG is one notable example.

And no, this summer hasn't been a great one, not because of being overshadowed of films released in August like Valerian doing poorly at the box office.

It is or was one of the worst weekends in Labor Day history according to the experts. As also Harvey had a lot impact on the box office.

After a horrible August, September is back on track with the monster hit that is It. Not only did It break the record for the biggest opening weekend in September with over $110 million, it also easily broke the record for largest ever opening for a horror film!

Meanwhile, after opening in China, Spider-Man Homecoming has now topped $823 million worldwide, making it the second highest grossing Spider-Man film (only behind Spider-Man 3). It's also on it's way to outgrossing Guardians of the Galaxy 2 to become the highest grossing CBM of 2017 (so far).

"It" is already almost at 200 million, has the highest grossing weekend in September, AND is in 17th place for total box office this year domestically. It will pass "Split", "War For The Planet Of The Apes", and possibly "Cars 3" soon enough. Worldwide however, it is in 31st place, and will DEFINITELY pass Valerian, Baby Driver, and Alien: Covenant soon.

This weekend, Lego: Ninjago underperformed with only $21.2 mil. Also a Friend Request set a record for lowest opening of a movie playing in more than 3000 theaters at $2.4 mil.

Bummer for Ninjago. Probably the low promotion.

Not to mention some Lego collectors not really being into Ninjago.

Yeah, too bad Ninjago as a whole isn't doing that well anymore. It was really popular back from 2011-2015 when the series was airing on CN. It got high ratings there also. It then started performing pretty bad with it's recent seasons. As for the movie, maybe it was the promotion, maybe it was Ninjago's popularity dying. Who knows.

But in other news, great to see Homecoming perform has good as it's doing worldwide. It's sorta close to the great box office Spider-Man 3 had, so that's how you know Homecoming's doing good if it beat all the previous Spidey films except S-M3.
