    Good grief.

I only wish the mainstream DCAU releases had offered as much. I echo the sentiment that hopefully a MOTP:SE will someday get this kind of attention. Very cool news.

We all hope for that, buts lets face it, DC comics is way bigger than the DCAU, and the new releases are based on DC comics, if u know what I mean.

If Warners thinks it will sell and they can make money off it.

Kinda ironic that the art uses a variation on the iconic bleeding S from the 90's Doomsday comic book story arc but in the current version of superman the film is based on, supermans skin is impervious to cuts - so he can't bleed.

But i suppose it's a metaphorical bleeding now.

Says who? I think I saw him bleeding in the trailer, but I can't quite remember.

Yep there was.Timm said there willl be blood but not as much as the comics due to the changes in the comics regarding Superman being more invulnerable.

Thats because it is released as JLU season 2.I don't know why but the JLU season 1 boxset actually consists of seasons 1 and 2.

I couldn't help but notice but it looks like the packaging it going to be a bit different. Will the packaging be the normal Amaray with a lenticular slipcase or will it be a different type of packaging (like a cardboard like the tv sets)?

Season one actually contains 26 episodes, billed as season's one and two on CN. When the initial episode order came in, it was for two seasons of 13 episodes.

They then got a pick up for a further 13 episodes, which is The Legion Of Doom storyline. So to reitterate, Justice League Unlimited Season One DVD features Initiation - Epilouge and Justice League Unlimited Season Two DVD features We Are Legion - Destroyer.

    S:TAS DVD disc sides

I've just ordered the S:TAS DVDs from Amazon, and the fact that you have to change sides for different episodes on a few of the discs caught my eye. So I was wondering... since I live in the UK, my multi-region shouldn't have a problem with region 1 discs that can be flipped over, right? You can never be too careful. It's not too late to cancel the order, so I just wanted to know if there'll be any trouble coming from those multi-sided discs.

Nope. I live in the UK too and my multi region player plays both sides of all my Superman discs perfectly. Flipper discs make absoloutly no difference in this matter.

Hope you enjoy the set. :)
