    WOW. Veronica is usually a looker, but in this case, she looks like she'd fit in with a gypsy camp.

    Can't imagine why Ronnie would try grunge in the first place but she looks as though she's dressing as sexy candy corn or something for Halloween.

    IIRC, "Cave Kids" was a comic series that involved the kids in the Flintstones' neighborhood (i.e. a bunch of created-for-the-comics characters). No relation to the 90s short-lived TV show starring Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm...

    I remember reading that series, and IIRC, they made it so he fought them in deep space away from Earth's yellow sun, so as to up the danger potential

    I know, lame, but that's how DC and Dark Horse did it.

    I don't know. Some of that knit stuff and the retro peace symbol looks familiar. I'm not sure when it was fashionable. You might want to check out a tape of MTV's House of Style.

    GCD :: Covers :: Isis

    It's an Isis comic! You know, from the 70's show. Converted to pen and ink, her costume doesn't look quite as spectacular in comparison to the other guys.

    Yeah, it was. You see that occasionally if you look at stuff from that era. The long form of chick was already around, though, so maybe it's a case of using the longer form to sound hep.

    That Puppy Action comic has characters that remind me of Sniz and Fondue from Kablam! on it. I wonder if there's any connection.

    Yep, created by the same guy, Michael Pearlstein. And now I want this comic.
