    Look, regardless or not The Funtastic World Of Hanna-Barbera was the coolest cartoon block ever but it also lay the blueprint to Cartoon Network as well for it's sis channel Boomerang.

    To clarify an earlier point made in this thread, Funtastic World was never marketed as such as a weekday entity. Jetsons & Challenge of the GoBots were marketed separately from the weekend package. In some cities, affiliates might've chosen to include them, and, in effect, expand the Funtastic World block to 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

    Man you wack, 1st of all Funtastic World was more as a Sunday morning block it was a Weekday/Weekend block that means they are some Funtastic World cartoons can also be one Weekday mornings and Weekday afternoons let alone to be Saturday mornings too as well.

    As I said, Vaughn, it all depended on the local affiliates on how they wanted to program the block.

    Whatever! The bottom line is this, The Funtastic World Of Hanna-Barbera was the Weekday/Weekend hangout in the '80's & '90's, period!
