Hey, if you're looking for some easy projects I know we discussed a few on this board. Dr. Fate and Red Tornado are fix-it projects. And with the JLU basic body types Customising is easier than ever. And everyone on this board is really helpful, so come here to get other advice and inspiration. Good luck!

Real or custom? Nice looking either way. On a related note, Dwayne McDuffie appears to be selling his Hal on ebay. If you're gonna pay a fortune for Hal, at least it would be pretty cool to buy it from Dwayne. :D

It was epoxyclay on Waverider's head. Everything was Waverider.
Customs are always less pretty in pics. he's much handsomer on display.

Chris, I would have taken him off your hands. My 3yr old is totally into the superheroes now. I had to pick up bunch of the 3 packs for him at Target. He likes Fate from JLU and from the Superman episode. I am hoping the HG/FATE/VIXEN set comes out soon in general release. Since he also wants the Hawkgirl. :)

Also, Can someone explain how people do these custom figures???

    Thanks!

Sure! We use acrylic or enamel paints. We use paintbrushes ;) . We use pre-existing molds of figures (store-bought figures). I use super-sculptey and sculpt the clay right onto the figures, and bake 'em. Others use plumber's epoxy and let the sculpting air-dry. Lots 'o fun!

    BTW: AWESOME HAL JORDAN CUSTOM!
