I was disappointed that TMNT #18 was delayed but the new issue of Foot Clan really made up for all of it. While it didn't follow-up on last issue's awesome cliffhanger, it gave us a great car chase sequence. It was beautifully drawn and paced really well. And the designs for the Turtles are great. You can tell the artist is using a bit of the new Nick show as an influence.

Wow...so this issue answered a lot of questions about the Kraang and even tied into the "Foot" mini-series. Really revealing! It's a big shame this issue got with some major shipping snafus. A fantastic issue. I really hope issue #19 stays on schedule and comes out in a couple weeks time.

Maybe Rocksteady and Bebop get their shot at mutation? I wouldn't mind Tatsu for that matter.

That's so cool that Mateus is pretty much jumping right on the ongoing after Secret of The Foot. Also good to hear that Hun will be introduced in this universe soon.

A great issue! The action was fantastic and the artwork was nice and sleek! The Neutrinos are coming across as some really great characters and Krang is so great in this book. IDW is really doing a good job at mixing all the different versions of the TMNT into one specific continuity. He's bringing them together and giving them such a great spin. This book has really gotten reenergized over the last few issues.

Without a doubt, the "Foot Clan" issue was the best TMNT comic of the week. The artwork is amazing and the story itself is so amazing. Michaelangelo's "I can read more Manga!" line was hilarious. It's actually helpiing me swallow the whole reincarnation thing a little more. The regular comic was also a great wrap-up to the current arc with Krang. The art was excellent and the action was really fast-paced. I reall ylike how the comic is really mixing in all the different TMNT versions from before. But still, "Foot Clan" really brings in a lot of world-building and ups the backstory for Shredder in a really interesting way. I just love what the books are creating here and I can't wait until they revisit some of the "past lives" again.

The new Krang comic wasn't that bad. The story wasn't exactly original - pampered prince finds he has to defend for himself and succeeds - but it was done pretty well. The art was great and actually complimented the "Krang War" arc that just got over in the main book. It did feel a bit like a filler issue though, not like the previous Micro-Series comic which I thought always had more a bigger role in the ongoing comic. This was more like a side-story.

Pretty predicatable who the "mysterious new opponent" was but it was still a nice breather story that still laid a bit of groundwork for the next arc. So Shredder has found Kitsune? That development has me pretty interested, especially after just finishing up that amazing Foot Clan mini-series. The art was really great here. It looks like Eastman's style has barely changed. It still looks as rough and almost amatuerish as it does from all those years ago. It's great stuff and this is a comic that really anyone can pick up who hasn't been keeping up with the book. A good jumping on point.
