To be fair (and this is probably giving this movie too much credit), the character might make an appearance in the film as Vic Stone and not become Cyborg until later.

CBR says it's a cameo and that he doesn't become Cyborg.

I think Zac Efron would make a Dick Grayson/Nightwing in Batman vs Superman after I seen his movie this weekend.

Well, judging by the shape of the blanket, that's definitely no tumbler. I wonder if this means they'll also go with a more traditional looking costume compared to the Nolan films.

Yeah it does look like it's harkening back to the more classic, or traditional, Batmobile design for Superman/Batman. It's much more sleeker than the Tumbler, and the raised part in the back looks like it could evoke a bat. I guess the only similarities with the Tumbler might be that it looks more like a military vehicle than an actual car .

When Keven Smith saw the Batman costume, I recall him saying it looked closer to the comics than the Nolan suit. I had just assumed that meant the return of the yellow and black bat symbol, but it is starting to seem like the creative team are in general going for a more traditional depiction of Batman and his mythos.

The Nolan films are still in recent memory so they're probably doing everything possible to differentiate the new version of Batman.

I wonder if they're getting squeamish considering quick reboots aren't doing as well as one would expect giving the strength of Superman and Spider-Man.

No yellow oval, no nipples, but it does look like more of a bodysuit than the Nolan body armor version.

The fake abs look a bit silly though.

I dig it. I like the more muscular look, makes him look more like the comics, and more like a fighter. One of my few complaints about the Nolan Batman was that he could look pretty weak at times. This Batman looks like he won't have that problem.

    An additional description via Newsarama:
Zack Synder Reveals New BATMOBILE ... AND BATMAN! | Newsarama.com

Well, I can't say I'm surprised. Snyder doesn't know what the REAL Superman costume looks like, so of course he wouldn't get the colors right on Batman's costume. I just think seeing those colors reversed is going to look awkward, especially how big the chest symbol is. Not factoring that in, This Batman reminds me of The Dark Knight Returns Batman. He looks overall excessively or even obnoxiously big.

Barring the Adam West era, has Batman EVER worn a 100 percent comic-accurate costume? Heck most superheroes in general have costumes that are at least slightly tweaked.

Mmmm. I like the head but the rest of suit not so much. It looks to much like Superman's Man of Steel suit.

Edit: Here a close up of the suit.

The suit appear to have veins.

I'm not crazy about the Bat symbol on the chest, but otherwise I don't think the costume looks too bad. But I agree with rggkjg1 that there are definitely some The Dark Knight Returns influences for the suit, which makes sense considering how much inspiration Snyder seems to be taking from that story.

The Batmobile looks pretty awesome though :D.

Eh, it's kinda vein-y, plus I'm not feeling the Bat insignia being the same color as the rest of the suit; you can barely see it.

The ol' girl looks like she's made of that foam material tracks are made of. I sweat at first I thought this was a concept drawings. Anyhoo, it's not bad, but I want to see the suit under different lighting.

I was okay with it until I saw the closeup shot. That's way too much unnecessary texture. In other words, the exact same problem Zach Snyder's Superman suit had. Why is this guy so addicted to adding a zillion creases and thread lines to every superhero costume?

I guess it's another superhero costume that looks like a dodgeball.
