All these bonus feature ideas are good, but we need something more...

A featurette and episode commentaries with the surviving CAST MEMBERS!!!

The surviving credited cast members are:
    Al Fann (Swarm)
    June Foray (Aunt May)
    Kathy Garver (Firestar)
    Dan Gilvezan (Spider-Man)
    Sally Julian (Mona Osborn)
    Annie Lockhart (Lightwave)
    John Stephenson (Thunderbird)
    Janet Waldo (Shanna)
    Frank Welker (Iceman)
    William Woodson (Jameson)
    Alan Young (Norman Osborn)

It would be great to have this type of featurettes (although people like John Stephenson are quite hard to track down).

I've seen the 1981 documentary Spider-Man: On the Move in its entirety on YouTube. I could post the link for the truly dedicated Spider-Maniacs out there. Plus, I live in Pittsburgh, and their own KDKA was one of the makers of that documentary. They might actually have the whole documentary in their archives. In addition, one feature I'd certainly like is an audio commentary with the Spider-Friends, voiced by their original voice actors. Nuff said.
