^As an attempt for more ratings obviously.

I agree with you I mean Paw Patrol is the pre-school counterpart to SBSP in terms of popularity & ratings (heck the two even crossed over recently for a promotion at Chuck E. Cheese) so now Nick wants to milk that show for all it's worth! Disgusting!

Nick.com STILL hasn't updated the schedules for Nicktoons and TeenNick

With all the laziness of Nickelodeon staff had, why are they having hard time with updating schedules online? I think this was the first time since last week they haven't been updating the schedule. Nicktoons and TeenNick are blank, while rest of Nickelodeon, NickJr, and Nick@Nite somewhat updated but even with last minute changes they had with zap2it updated frequently, nick.com didn't.

I thought Dora was the preschool counterpart to SpongeBob. What a difference a year or two makes.

zap2it has corrected Nick schedule on a Thursday May 5, it's not 8:30PM, the movie goes back to 8PM as always, as 7:30PM would have one Thundermans airing instead of 2. Overall movies for Thursdays are always going to be 8PM.

The weekday episodes are encores, new episodes will still probably air weekends.

It seemed that week of May 9, The Other Kingdom is airing 8PM hour starting from airing in order from episode 1. And it looks like Thurs May 12 have those as well. 9PM-11PM has Nick at Nite movie upped. Unclear if it follows the following week after..

Sun May 1 12PM has Open Season 2, Sun May 8 12PM has Open Season 3. More SpongeBob on weekends. Paw Patrol on Sun May 8 has 7AM single episode, followed by 7:30AM Loud House.

Friday (tomorrow) 8:30AM-1:30PM has Paw Patrol spammed, but will still have new Bubble Guppies and Shimmer and Shine.

More importantly, this is a very weird situation but NickJr network Sun May 8 8PM and 8:30PM has The Loud House encores airing!

Welcome to free-market capitalist America, where money talks and quality walks.

I'm entirely confident Nick's scheduling department has no shame, and no money to run. When you're in the midst of curtailing back on spending on decent programming, a move like this is bound to happen. Still waiting for CMT and VH1 to join in on the rerunning fun...

Probably explains why they're still airing The Other Kingdom--despite the fact the ratings show that it should've been yanked. Unfortunately, they have nothing to replace it with, since the other shows they could replace it with are severely overaired (Spongebob, ALVIN!!, Henry Danger, Thundermans, NRDD, etc..), and they have nothing really new coming until June.

I don't see the problem of The Loud House encoring on Nick Jr. Rugrats has aired on Nick Jr., and in the UK, Alvinnn is mostly shown on Nick Jr. It will help give the show more exposure, too.

Yeah, cause live-action sitcoms work wonders for NickTOONS. They've literally shrunken the scheduling budget down to almost nothing, by sharing shows among networks. Classic Viacom.

OK, I'm the one just posting TLH on Nick Jr. But what really ticks us off, is other Nicktoon programming will air in Sundays 8PM-9PM: Sun May 1 and Sun May 8 is Harvey Beaks. Sun May 15 is Loud House. Kung Fu Panda will air Sun May 15 9AM-10AM. Maybe the reason Nicktoons airing on NickJr network is because there may be more people 500,000 viewers watching the network, much bigger than Nicktoons and TeenNick networks, so they want to test how many viewers will watch Nicktoon programming on NickJr network

Don't know whether it's a mistake, but Nick has mentioned in the description of a video on YouTube that: "SpongeBob is back with a whole month of new episodes starting this May" -

For only one week--no new episodes after the 1st week of May. This is false advertising (at the moment). Plus, Spongebob only has a few half hours left in its 9th season.. assuming the 10th season isn't ready yet.

And boy, Nick has REALLY dragged this season out-- 4 years! The season premiere was all the way back in 2012! No wonder its ratings are in decline.. let's speed it up a little and get more new eps. out! Of course, it won't help.. especially when the 3rd movie is being produced..

Maybe the schedule hasnt updated yet, but eitherway everyone could agree how Season 9 has really lasted way to long.

It really didn't help that they started airing season 9 well before they had finished going through season 8. And, barring the single half-hour that was stretched over two KCAs, it literally had a hiatus of a year and a half due to the crew using all of their resources on Sponge Out of Water. The span as a whole is still ridiculous even with all that in mind though.

Honestly, season 9A and season 9B might as well be two separate seasons. I think the only reason they aren't was because the second half might not have actually hit pre-production until long after the slots were ordered.
